Your agents went out of their way to help us correct mistakes made by the agent at Bypass Storage in Silver City, New Mexico where we rented the trailer. The agent we spoke with on the phone in the Norman district was very helpful, understanding, and kind. Please recognize their efforts and thank them for us. I suggest two (2) improvements; 1. Make your computer operating system app easier to use and make sure all your agents are properly trained on all/any changes. 2. Allow your customers to drop off equipment at any authorized U-Haul rental agency closest to their destination without incurring any additional unexpected charges.

Nathan was unable to find the contract on his computer at first which seemed to irritate him. He said the message it was giving him wanted him to take pictures of the truck and "that was not what he signed up to do". I felt like I was inconveniencing him just being there. Told him that, if he did not want to accept the truck, I could take it somewhere else. He said he would take it, but there may be an additional fee. I was hot, sweaty and exhausted from the move and told him I was not concerned about any charge. He finally found the account on his computer and took the key from me.

The pick up was easy and the location was nice. My only complaint was that I was missing equipment that I ordered that would have made my moving experience much easier.

I went to drop off the truck I was late willing to pay the fee. The man behind the counter jumped up yelling at me. I will never ever use uhaul again

I pre-rented the truck for pickup in Norman Ok. The day before the move I was told I had to go to Noble OK for the pickup.. Went to Noble, Office was closed on the day of my pickup .Not happy at all!! was on the phone for over an hour with several customer care reps before they got someone to open the shop and rent the truck. In the mean time I had scheduled movers to load the truck,(that took over an hour from my original pick-up time) to load the truck. They were paid by the hour and since I was late getting the truck to them, I paid for 2 extra hours of movers while they waited on me to get there with the truck! Everything I had done on-line for the rental had to be re-entered. Why go through all the paperwork on line if it all has to be done over? I feel like when the truck is rented 2 weeks in advance, the location you chose for pickup should have the truck on their lot.. I have rented 3 times from U-Haul and every time I have had to go to a different pickup location. Not a happy renter!
