Seems to be a one man show and sometimes he isn’t available to answer phone or be behind counter for customers while helping others. Nevertheless, very friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate my requests when possible.

If the equipment is not available that a customer has requested in advance, the location should contact them prior to getting there for pickup. I had a whole meltdown because the representative told me my equipment wasn't available but the whole time it was on the truck & she never knew it. I wasted time and energy trying to find another one at another location for nothing.

I pre registered online so that it could be easy and fast to pick up the truck. When I went into the office, she couldn't find the order, didn't look at my printed confirmation I had, and kept asking me questions even though I told her I had pre registered. Then when I finally said she has to have the wrong person pulled up on her screen she finally realized she had someone else's information pulled up. I was the only one there, but during the process two more people came in and they had to wait for a long time as the clerk was trying to find my order.

The individual at the service desk lacked the basic customer service skills. First, upon the arrival of any customer the individual should greet the customer. Second in reference to the vehicle what happened to the Individual showing you the vehicle. He literally pointed out the window to a location with 3 uhaul vehicles and said it's out there. I also think the parking lot should have signs for customer parking versus uhaul only parking.

I had ordered furniture pads and a dolly online in advance — however, when I arrived at the location, I was told they did not have any available. While they weren’t a necessity for me, the system shouldn’t allow me to order these items and rely on them being there.

The website should reflect the current status of equipment on site. To get there and be told that what you've paid for isn't available is very disappointing.

I would like for someone to contact me regarding a refund. The location I originally reserved my trailer with did not have the equipment this morning for my move so I had to drive 40 min to another location to get the trailer which threw my entire move off.
