Facility is a little older but the staff was great along with the rental. Will definitely use again. We recommend this uhaul quite a bit as we sell mattress and furniture that require a truck to transport.

The cab needed a wipe down and vacuum, and it stunk a bit, but it wasn't what I'd term unacceptable. I used the mobile check-in process and had a horrible experience with it. However, the gentleman inside more than made up for it with his customer service. When he contacted U-Haul to help me with a snag in the mobile check-in, the person he spoke with was extremely rude and spoke down to him as if he were the one in the wrong. He handled himself extremely well, spoke to a supervisor, resolved the issue, and maintained 100% professionalism with us despite the way he was treated by the U-Haul employee. He was very kind, and his demeanor kept me from canceling my reservation. I highly recommend this location.

There was no one at the site to prepare our reservation. We had to call the location rep and be told us he wouldn’t be available for about an hour. The station was not a well kept site. When we finally did get our truck it was done over the phone with the rep talking to one of his mechanics in a step by step process that took longer than it should have. Our reservation was pick up at 8:15. We never left there until after 9:00. Not a good experience

At the return of the truck. Employees very unprofessional. Charges were placed on after the fact that very not advertised. Fuel charges for 11 miles used on the truck in the amount $55. Also miles advertised as $.79 were charged at $.99. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I was told I scratched the fan and was allowed on the property to see damage. The owner pulled a weapon out and told me to get oof property after calling me and asking me to come back. When I did he told me he would file a damage claim. And courses me out and threatening to kick my ass. I was scared for my life. Please reply and let me know of my rights.
