The location was great hiwever, the online reservation process was a nightmare !! I started at 2:30 and finished At 7:00 extremely frustrating. I had to call the. 1800 number to get a better mileage rate, which was not explained properly, once I got the email I tried to enter information and ach time u would hit save it would wipe the info out and I would have to reenter....this was done 5 times. The name in the email was Sharon path and not Sharon Pass so I could not change anything and when I called customer service told me the information on their end was correct ??????? Then once I was able to see the rate it showed something other than was I was told so I had to call customer see AGAIN !!! Finally resolving the issues at 7. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the app froze up and we had to call customer service again which we were on the phone for another 3o minutes and he finally gave up and forwarded the call to another tech. We arrive to pick up vehicle at 9am and was finally able to leave at 9:45. The whole ordeal was overwhelming !

you suck - everything was a cluster. wrong info - sent out of town to get a truck I already had in Starke. Hub doesn't know squat about transport haulers. Shoted me mileage.

Mr Eddie and Eric helped me decide on the right equipment and it was a worthwhile experience. My truck was waiting for me as scheduled and ran great. I recommend this location.

The people were great and very helpful but I did not like the process of uploading pictures of my drivers license to your link. The upload did not work well and took quite a long time, plus I do not like photos of my drivers license floating around on a link. I will not do that again. I don't see why that step is necessary to rent a trailer.
