I was double-charged for my truck. I also had to switch out trucks after taking it home beacuse the employee gave me the wrong truck. This is probably how I got double-charged because he redid the paperwork for the new truck after dropping it off at my house. At least he drove out to me to switch trucks as opposed to having me drive back to the store location. Service was also slow inside the store. There were only 3 people in front of me in line but it still took me just over an hour to leave with the truck... And the wrong truck at that. That being said, the employees were very professional and friendly, they just seemed a little over their heads with how everything worked.

Location sent me to a differnt place and didnt reserve my trailer when i was there causing issues and ended up charging my card twice for an amount of $280 ...place needs to be more organized and have better communication.
