The online experience wasn’t too good, but I chat with an online customer service representative and she helped me out that she would make note about the drop off and we couldn’t take the picture so she made a note to the pickup where we got the uhaul.

Terry SchagerPatty at Northside motors was amazing! She bent over backwards trying to help me battle the U-Haul management idiots. My contract said I was to drop in lake City Florida which I did. But U-Haul wanted to charge me $3,600 because I didn't take it to there preferred destination after I had already signed the contract and charged me 3600 for dropping it where I said I would. Then the auto trailer I did get charged 770 by U-Haul because I didn't take it to their destination which is 2 hours away and there wasn't even an offer to pay gas or return my trip back to live Oak Florida. U-Haul management and dispatch, you guys are absolutely deplorable and ridiculous and I fail you in customer service and I will never use you again. I will make this very public. Because of U,-Haul corporate it was an absolutely Terrible experience except for the pickup and drop off locations which were excellent and you're lucky to have them. You're welcome in advance for the feedback. Now do something to fix it so others don't have this miserable experience! Dan Munson 941-685-3204

GEORGE WORRELLThe 247 option was a very nice convenience it made things much easier. The website was lagging at times even with being on the phone with the representative. Overall it was a great experience the representative explained why I couldn't use a 10' truck for a one way rental and was able to save money in the process thanks to him.

brian wallThis place was great! We were in and out in just a few minutes. The first place I was sent was awful! After one hour of pulling up and backing up I had to give up and take the trailer to another location. There was no one at the General Store to help me unhook if I had of tried to drop.

Arwynne LovettThe older gentlemen did not know how to check in the Uhaul. His daughter, the owner, was supposed to but did not. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. The person behind us had the same exact problem!! Uhaul had to contact them to correct it. Also, they had an excessive number of trucks, haulers, and trailers there. This is troubling to military families who need them!!!!

Joseph DavisI never dropped my trailer off at this location. In fact I’m still in possession of the trailer but I was charged for dropping the trailer off here. I called around as soon as I noticed the charge on my account looking for answers and was told that the location was already closed and I’d have to call back on Monday. This error has put a financial kink in my moving plans.
