Uhaul. PLEASE put jacks on your trailers. How is a woman supposed to lift an entire trailer tongue onto the ball hitch of her truck. Too heavy for the average woman, smaller man, or elderly persons to use a uhaul trailer ...... to hook up or disconnect by yourself is just begging for a hernia or a thrown out back.SARAH K.

Location was absolutely fine and they were very helpful once they opened. Big problem was with the auto pick up feature. We are a commercial company that rents trucks often with the no contact pickup service. Scheduled and on location for 8am (location opened at 10am) Service hung up on please wait for approval for 20 minutes then app closed out. Upon restarting app it said we had picked up the truck which we had not and had no way to get the keys. Called U-Haul and waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer no help there. I paid 2 technicians 2.5 hours each to pick up a U-Haul. We were late delivering our customers items so discounted customer the delivery fees. Due to the inability to contact anyone from U-Haul, I incurred $500+ in expenses between labor and lost time in addition to the $140+ expense to rent the truck. Let's not forget the impact to our business reputation being 3 hours late. Once finally getting to talk to someone at U-Haul (3 hours later) was given a â€œsorry you had these issues this morning.â€ This is apparently how U-Haul's preferred customers are dealt with. Extremely poor if any customer service. Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone that is on a schedule or expects to have support behind the product/service they are paying for here.Steven W.

After leaving the UHaul site, I noticed that the gas tank was not full. Led me to wonder how I was expected to replenish what I used. Seemed too loose to me.Howard D.
I reserved on line, but it still took 45 minutes to wrap things up. There was one man ahead of me who had reserved a dolly. That transaction took 30 minutes! The windshield of the van was so big splattered, I had to stop a the first gas station to clean it. When I returned the van, I was charged $25 because I hadn't swept It out. I didn't sweep it out because it wasn't dirty, but I still had to pay the 25 dollars. Very weird!Patrick S.
The rental place was excellent. The trailer had issues. The trail lights quit working on the way back from NC. We got pulled over twice at night. Another issue we had with u haul is the pricing. The major price difference between hauling one way or round trip is outrageous. $600 one way and $94 to pull it 2950miles round trip. Almost seems like it should be the opposite. The young woman who completed the U-Haul documentation was very efficient and friendly. The area where the trailers were stored had easy access. The gentleman that checked the trailer back in the next day was also very friendly. They had just the trailer we needed which was very convenient for us.Michael C.
I have used the uhaul's from Northwoods Vac & Cleaning at 1900 Ellis Ave twice now and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. They are great!Lisa H.

My truck was park in a ton of standing water So you couldn't even access the back. All it would have taken was to pull it up five feet easier for the customer to see if they had the supplies. They ordered already loaded. Next there was supposed to be an appliance dolly. And you doesnt moving pads, which I never received. I ended up having to open other trucks and founded a dolly. When I called to let them know I got to missing don't want to answer And no one bothered to return my call. Next I tested all the equipment and the steering wheel had to sit at 9 for it to go straight. The wipers gave out within 5 minutes of use, and the forecast was set for rain all weekend. I ended up having to drive back with no wipers For a good majority of my trip Which was about 250 miles. The truck reminded me of one I rented back when I was 18. It was not up to date Or taken care of.De B.

The location had to take more time than necessary to complete the rental process. It took well over an hour due to the fact that your system was telling them that the trailer on their lot did not exist. I don't blame the dealer It appears your system needs to be streamlined. The equipment was great and served its purpose with no issue.Edward T.
