This is a mom and pop church and a recycling center. Which is fine, up until the gentleman helping you is slow, types slow and doesn’t know how to work the computer system. Spender 45mins to get into my rental. I can careless of who’s working as long as the job is done right. Where I’m annoyed and now pissed is bc this gentleman changed my reservations to drop off the equipment at a different location. He put it to drop it back to them OBC. Why would I drive back 25miles back to a city where I don’t live anymore? Very annoyed by this situation along with being charged $209 on a error made by someone that doesn’t know how to use a system.

The person in charge needs to always be available or have someone else if you are busy; especially when you know someone is coming to return equipment. It took us 30 min to finally find someone to turn it in to. This was a guy that came out the churc during service to assist us. Why have returns on Sunday, when obviously the person in charge is a pastor because he took us to his office for the initial rental and he had to open the church where we did the transaction. When I was given the contract and the key it said one-way; I would get an email letting me know where to drop it off. I moved to Victorville from LA, the next morning when I look at the email it says return it to the same location!! Omg, so I had to get my unlce to drive back to LA with me because of this issue. The only good thing is he said he wasn't going to charge for being late since it wasn't my fault. I would not recommend anyone go here not for returning anything on Sunday. Saturday or any day may just be better

They did not document the proper mileage and gas, which caused a conflict when I dropped off at my final destination. I'm glad I took a picture of the dashboard before I left.

Lower the mileage rates, 99 cent per mile is extremely too much!

This was my first uhaul rental but will not be my last. Im very pleased withe service and the truck was in great shape and very nice to drive thanks so much......
