The van was dirty, the app wouldn't function properly on Android OS to take pictures and it took 45 minutes just to check in! Then when I returned the van and your app asked if the van was clean, I answered "no" because it was filthy and that's how I received it and I sent pics to prove it when I picked it up.. You had the nerve to try and charge me a $25 fee! What a disgusting, filthy experience. I'm done with uhaul.KEITHLEE E.

I signed a contract on an IPAD, no paperwork for the truck. Took it out on a Saturday 10/3 around 1:30PM and returned it on Monday 10/5- 40 miles logged and 46 hours later. I see my bill this week online and UHaulOKPetroleum charged me for 8 days, almost doubling my bill to $258 using my debit card. Unconscionable. And no one answers the phone there...NANCYFINGUERRA B.

They need to be more informed and be able to ask basic questions. One person told us we can turn in the truck at any location and when we did they refused, we had to go all the way back to them and then someone else that was at that location told us that no he was wrong and we had to turn it back to them. It was so confusing and they over charged me on miles. I had to report them. So if you get a truck from them, don't.Kathy H.

The proprietor was a bit dismissive of our concerns (a dirty truck--a discarded mask, a soda can, and lots of ants--and no dolly or mats, as we had paid for. We had to go to a different facility to get those; will give a great rating for that place!)Lisa B.
