When arriving to pick up the truck, the store had “closed early”. When I called uhaul customer service I unfortunately had the pleasure of getting Melanie. She attempted to look up my reservation. Asked for the name, then was silent for 3 mins. I finally said “hello?”. She claimed she was still looking up the reservation. I then provided my cell phone number for her to look up the reservation... 5 mins of silence later I asked if she wanted my reservation number. I provided my reservation number... another 5 mins of silence and after 15 mins of attempting to look up my reservation she said, “oh I found it. You’re picking up the truck in Arizona?” We’re in Jeffersonville, IN. At that point I asked to speak to a supervisor. I voiced my frustration of providing my card number on your site yet there was “no record” of my reservation. Melanie has extremely poor customer service skills. While this is going on a worker from Mobile On Site appeared and stated he was calling his boss. The boss showed up and stated they never got a reservation request. I provided this information to Melanie and after again, asking to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. Long story short On Site Mobile was able to provide us with the truck. When returning the truck, there was a glitch with the uhaul site that would not allow me to register the truck as returned. After 7 mins on hold a very nice guy was able to check the truck back in for me and said that sometimes they have issues with the site doing that. Not pleased with the service uhaul nor their partners provided. It’s unfortunate that when you have awful customer service representatives it reflects poorly on your establishment. Will definitely look for another company the next time we need to rent a moving truck.

Friendly at pick up, clean truck. Went approx. 17 miles and put 2 gallons of fuel in to bring it back to half tank. Just got my email receipt and there is a fuel charge of 11.25?? fuel mark shows on this final receipt between 3/8 and 1/2. I rent regularly from 365 Eastern Blvd store and haven't had any discrepancies like this.....hmmmmm

Make sure location is open because I have to go up and down Eastern Blvd to other U-Haul location to get keys because note on door that said closed today.
