First when i bring bk the truck there was no parking spot small parking for big trucks then theh charge me 10 bucks for fuel even though it was full i emailed them no reply still ...

I tried to use the app but could get my photo and driver's license to upload. They were helpful at the office but had to reenter much of the information I had already entered. Not sure I used the app right or it wasn't working well. Truck was great. Price was competitive

Fix the radio. Don’t call a 12’ foot truck a 15’ (including moms attic) this is misleading. I needed a 15 foot but got a 12 with 3 foot attic. Had to leave a lot behind because of this. Deposit refund was a cheque? EFT should be standard in this day and age. Staff is usually friendly and helpful but you can see they are overworked. Glad they still take pride in their job though ??

the original contract on 17 st was moved to this location. The time was also changed at the last minute from 6 pm to 11 am drop off which made it impossible for us to complete our move.

Have the equipment ordered on line available at pickup. Truck stunk of cig smoke and was cab dirty. Our family usually uses the 50th street location and are disappointed when other locations do not provide the same level of care and customer service.

Get thicker blankets. Way too thin and I didn't feel confident my breakables were being adequately protected. Staff at this location were amazing, especially Filipino gentleman with sleeve tattoo. So helpful and friendly. A real gentleman, very professional, and a wonderful asset to have working with you.

That trailer was too small to get a box spring through the entry. The body of the trailer is in very bad shape and in much need of replacement.

To the hardworking polite staff members at 111ave&119st U-Haul in Edmonton Alberta all there is to say is thank you for the happy clean professional environment. After countless many rented times of the year different occasions of U-Haul vehicle's over the years from this location I haven't received nothing but professional polite staff that location has got a for life supporter from myself. The trucks steering alignment is way off ...truck pulls to the curb badly,took an alternate route to stay off busy hi ways .The roof in the box has a leak all my stuff got wet

We were very disappointed ?? with 154 St UHaul Office. On Thursday morning I booked a 10 foot truck pick up for 5:45pm for a 24 hour rental. At 4:30pm I received a phone call that “we could not have the rental “ another family needed it for the weekend. We could have it until 1pm. We were taking doors and windows to be painted and had figured out our timing for the job so we needed the truck until 5pm, as arranged. No other alternative was offered. Which does not seem to be a very good way to do business. We did get another truck (a 15 foot) but it was bigger than needed and a further pickup location (more miles) and we purchased insurance $15 because our personal vehicle insurance only covers rentals to 4500kg (3900lbs). So this rental cost us almost double the price that we had been quoted, more travel time and extra frustration. And it really wasn’t our mistake. We need to rent a truck again in 2 weeks but I don’t know if I should trust UHaul or if they are a very good company.

Trucks were not cleaned. I don’t think it saw a car wash in years. Besides that the interior was fine and clean.

Provide the right U-Haul as reserved. Ordered a 10' U-Haul on May 14th, showed up on May 30th and was given a cargo van instead. Was told it was a mistake and no 10' U-Hauls available and that there was nothing they could do even though I had to be out of my apartment the next morning. Absolutely terrible experience. It's not a dinner reservation, it's your actual livelihood when you have to move out your house. I will never use U-Haul again.

It wasn’t the location it was the mobile booking system, I asked for 21 hours and it bumped me to 10 hours and didn’t notify me, it really screwed up my move. So then I had to scramble to find a truck last minute, the only location was 30 minutes away, extra mileage??. Then when I got to the location they on had a 20 foot I ordered a 26 foot. I am not happy, and people are starting to ask, “how did the move go” what to say?

I made the reservation under my account but had my boyfriend as the driver. When i went to check in the reservation was under his name. It would be less confusion if you had the reservation under the correct name, mine.

I tried to rent a Haul online last year. The pickup did not happen and no one was available to make amends or help out. BY COMPARISON THE IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT!

Lady came in at 8:10 am and did not even say hello just took off jacket and started logging into system then after logging on all 3 computers asked me....do you have a reservation? Returning vehicle was charged extra gas for not adding and van was not even looked at for dents he was more concerned to get mileage and gas reading. While processing my payment the 3 people talked in another language to each other. RUDE.

My experience with uHaul was brutal to put it nicely. Your customer service is a joke. From the store, to the call center, and even a second store I dealt with. Won't be back.

We had booked a 15' moving van for the day, however, when we arrived we were told that they had accidentally overbooked and gave away our van to somebody else and that they had no more left. I then spoke with customer service on the phone, and they told us that they did not care and that we were out of luck (movers were due at our house in about 40min). Luckily, another couple returned a 15' truck while we were there and the guy behind the desk let us take it for the afternoon.

Have the equipment checked by someone on a rotation. Lights out on my trailer tires almost bald and leaking air. At least I reported all things wrong at drop off location which I hope get fixed before the next person has a problem on the road

We were disappointed that we could not get the size of trailer we had booked in advance which meant we had to make more trips in our move. I was told I could rent a 12 x6 trailer but was given a 5 x 10 trailer and still paid the same price. Also we waited in line ( 3 people ahead of us) and it took over an hour to get our trailer. I understand some things take time but it felt like the employees were slower than average speed.

The location was excellent, and the service at the location was great. However, the truck was awful. I' m glad we were only doing an intown move, as I'm not convinced it was safe to drive on the highway. The power steering had a clear issue, and the truck engine sounded horrible. Please have the unit serviced appropriately or else taken off the road.

provide a lock for the door of the moving van - felt uncomfortable leaving the door unlocked when there was a moving dolly inside - charge customers if the lock is not returned....when I dropped off the vehicle with blankets and an appliance dolly I had to jam them into the cab of the vehicle...otherwise, my needs were fulfilled
