You will not receive a prorated payment no matter what time you move out, only when you move in, please move before payment is due if you decide to leave. Hard to contact my text back eventually.

Kn the go storage staff is extremely nice, but that is about it. They have wood rats that devoured and destroyed thousands of dollars worth of furniture. My bedroom furniture is over $4,000 alone!! Their worjer who helped us did apologize for the wood rats and said they are trying to address the issue, but that does nothing for my destroyed furniture. I also tried contacting them since April 13 to tell them I will be moving May and wanted to hire them to move us, but that was to no avail. We could NEVER get anyone to call us back. I even went in person, and the elderly woman said, "I told Keith, thought he was going to call you." I'm not mad because I understand people get busy and forget, but I am truly, highly disappointed at all the damages that could have been prevented by paying for preventive maintenance to keep away rats, mice, etc. The rat soaked urined mattress to a king size bed was horrendous! I just wish companies will take care of your belongings and merchandise as they do their own.

We had a awesome experience while using On The Go storage! The staff there are amazing and easy to work with, payment options worked good for us as well. The facility was super clean, nice and climate controlled. Security was top notch, and area was easy to get in and out of! We will be using them for all our storage needs in the future!
