U haul customer service generally sucks. I had to pick up in Brighton because my reservation in Ft Collins was at a location that was not staffed!!! I had to drive over 100 miles for my trailer. If there was any other rental company I would use them!

wayne sThe trailers need to have jacks. I hurt my back trying to lift it off my hitch and I am in fairly decent condition - how are older people or people with back problems going to do it!!! I also think the UHaul hitch might have been faulty because it didn’t seem to unlatch. The staff at Oahe Pawn were great but they don’t have control over my issues with the trailers.

Travis MRacist...truck was fine, other clerk that checked me out to get the truck was nice, but when I went in the ck it back in n give keys back, the clerk names Michael, tall, beard, waited on me n he proceeded to check me out, when an old "white " man walked in an came up behind me to the side, clerk Michael said, it's busy in mornings soni will be right with you I'm ckin this truck in, the man said I just needed to know what or how I can get this in here, the clerk Micheal quit waiting on me n came around counter n went outside n left me standing there while he tended to the man out front with some kind of large jack of some kind...he didn't say, excuse me I will be right ba ck...b Nothing..just waited on him first n left me standing there for about 10 minutes. Alone...it pissed me off to be treated like that....this happens to us native Americans alot at some of these businesses here....I thought I heard someone in back of the store n I went to towards back doorway n yelled out if anyone was there...the guy that was nice n waited on me came out...n waited on me n gave me my money back. As I left out the front door the guy Michael was still out front trying to put this thing together for this man n didn't even look over at me or apologize or anything...as I left there for work it really hurt my feelings n couldn't stop thinking about it n how it made me feel...which was invisible n non important n ugly....
