I canceled the reservation after visiting the facility prior to moving my possessions into it. After seeing the location and poor condition of the facility I determined that my property would not be safe at that facility.

Heather has been nice the whole time I have dealt with her since she came on board. She has really spruced up the front area. She is always friendly and kind. They have improved the road a bunch not bad ruts like when I first rented.

They really need to fix the driveway and areas around the facility Not car friendly But everything else was good

I called to cancel my unit on October 7 way over the 10 day notice. And still got charged for November and on The receipt is saying that my next payment due is December 1. Have been calling the number we had on record before heading back over to the storage office thinking that the number has been changed but nope same number and no answer. We’ve been up there five times already and no one is there during office hours.

Great location, easy to get to but tucked out of the way so seems very secure. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean too. Would recommend!
