Marco SU-Haul needs to provide up front communication regarding availability of selected drop off location. I was not notified of a change to my drop off location to over one hour away from my selected location at the time of reservation until after I picked up the trailer. This is unacceptable communication. I will likely not be using U-Haul again.
Daniel BThe app rates that were advertised are not true, the stores do whatever they want regardless of what uhaul customer service and even management says. Be aware of accidently being forced without being told that if/when you extend your rental, it creates multiple contracts and you get charged left and right in very wrong ways. Mentioning the multiple contracts, worth mentioning also that even if you specify charging a different card, they will certainly charge only the first card put on file. Even when a uhaul rep over the phone gives a reversal and an aproval code..means absolutely nothing. The store does what they want anyways. This was a very terrible experience. Please understand that the way uhaul and the individual stores play games and minipulate everything is borderline illegal practices. This experience made my wife and I feel like we needed a lawyer.

Darrell RI asked if it would be $18, like I saw on Uhaul website, the man said yes. I paid almost $25. It would be professional/legal if there was a clear laminated sheet for the customer to see before moving forward with transaction.

Linda EConsider the weather and lack of maintenance on the trailer. One tire had less than 30% tread on it. Being caught in a rainstorm with limited visibility made me get to drop off later than expected and I was still charged am extra day rental.
Alfredo VJesse was such a huge help in getting us a Uhaul truck on really short notice, (walked into store and left with a truck) He was so professional, kind, and great personality. Thank you Jesse for all you help for us during our needs!

Timothy HMake it so the people and the businesses representing Uhaul can't extort money from the customers by adding extra mileage and changing the rates. I was charged an extra $100 dollars in miles when I didn't even use that many. I was also told I didn't bring the vehicle back with enough gas when I had about a quarter tank more in the vehicle then what i had gotten it with.
JOSEPH DThe truck had a strong cigarette odor. We left the windows open overnight and bought air freshener to help. We bought windshield wiper fluid so it wouldn't freeze during our winter travel. The battery died when we stopped to fill our tank, and we had to wait for service.
