william hthe trailer wS not cleaned prior to me renting it. There was broken glass in it that could have easily cause a slip fall accident. The prep for rental could have been much better

Keith FI rented the Uhaul from 4pm to 8pm. It took entirely too long to verify my information. I got there at 4pm and didn’t get the keys and leave till almost 4:45 pm. That 45 min taken away from my rental time is ridiculous!!!

Theresa MThe back of truck was full of white powder that smelled like a pesticide. We had to sweep the truck before we could load it. The parking brake was difficult to disengage. Ease of pickup and friendliness of the staff was great!

Allan LI returned unit on 7/22/23 at 11:41am using online system but have not received confirmation it processed. My number is 904 652 9241. Want to report there is a separation of the wheel mold from the body. Was like that when I picked it up.
