It was a HORRIBLE experience. I’m still waiting for a call from customer service. The uhaul we picked up was in a parking lot completely alone. No other uhauls, no cars, nothing. No one was there to help and the mobile pick up wasn’t working. One 20 Minute phone call with customer support later and we could finally sign in. The uhaul key lock was only off by one digit when we got there, so someone could have stolen it easily. Once we got into the uhaul, the cab was covered in paper from the last several users, and the truck itself was filled with dirt, wood scraps, plastic and popcorn. We had to sweep it out before we could use it. There was NO uhaul signage on the building. Once inside a tiny sketchy office building, there was a taped piece of paper that said uhaul on it. I’ve used Uhaul for years and this was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had with the business.

The original location on Bash Street where I was supposed to pick up my truck… I would give this location a 0 !!!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer !!! I had scheduled to pick up a truck at 10:00 am last Friday and they didn’t have a truck for me ??? I had to scramble to find a truck…making me late to my daughters rehearsal for her wedding!!! I will never forget this experience and will tell every single person I know how horrible U-Haul is !!! Just terrible !!!

I was redirected twice before picking up this rental nowhere near where I needed it. Not sure why you are allowed to make a reservation when the equipment mysteriously becomes unavailable at a specific location. I will never use UHaul again after my recent experience.

I only had trouble with the truckshare. It was my first time using it. They guy at the location really did help me out and I appreciate it. Getting the truck was a great help to my family. Thank You

The equipment I paid for wasn’t in the truck. There was no padlock or key to lock the truck with. Entering the truck, it was on E and out of gas. Office I picked up from was closed, no one answered the phone, and their hours online said they’d be open so I could not get my problems addressed or use the vehicle. Worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had, wish I could get my money back but no one from the office will call me back.

The whole experience was choppy at best. Mostly, I had needed to get started with the move as early as 10am so I can get things done throughout the day, so I wanted to pick up the vehicle before business hours. I had requested for a dolly and either furniture or appliance dolly (can't remember what kind it was called), but got neither. I didn't realize this until after getting to the apartment and opening the back (lesson learned). So even if I had checked before hand, there wouldn't be anyone around to assist on-site (lesson learned). This meant several of the heavier things had to be carried by hand, thus taking much longer than anticipated, I'm glad I requested use of the uhaul until midnight. All I requested for was not to be charged for the dollies I never got. Biggest lesson learned is to not be lazy and go to an actual uhaul location rather than a drop-off location that was closer to me.

They didn’t have record of our rental and they were technically closed the day we were supposed to pick it up. Thank goodness someone was there to assist!

When I got the truck it was 1/4 full. I returned the truck in 1/4 and submitted photos to Susan a uhaul rep and the field agent still charged me to fill tank and to get the gas. I’m upset because no one has followed up with my complaints and calls. I got truck in 12/18 at 10 and returned on 12/18 3pm. Gave the owner of establishment the keys he said he would check the truck in. Never did

24/7 pick up was absolutely the worst experience. Took me 45-1hr to get the keys, and 30 min to drop off because of the app. It's terrible. I had to use someone else's phone to drop off because it wouldn't accept my pictures. Won't use again ever

I don’t know if the huge was messed up, but it said it had 0 percent oil life left. Guessing it only needs an oil change. Drove fine though.

Improve your darn app. It us not user friendly and it doesn't work. I ended up just going to uhaul.com, which worked fine.

Had to use the 24/7 option due to limited operating hours of location and the lock on the box was not working properly. Had to stand in the rain while I worked with the lock to get the bar retracted.

The truck itself had candy wrappers and sticky residue in multiple shots (pictures taken and provided to you). We also requested moving pads which weren’t provided. We then waited on hold with customer service for 50 minutes (granted this was early AM on a weekend) to only receive the message that you couldn’t waive the $10 cost of the pads because that rebate had to come from the location itself. The customer service rep did call the location and leave a message for us saying that they didn’t include the pads and to please waive the $10. I see I’ve been charged over $300 already but have yet to receive a detailed receipt to confirm we weren’t charged for them. Additionally, since they didn’t uphold their part of the contract (moving pads), we had to drive 10 miles out of our way to buy them. This 20 mile addition cost us an additional $20 ($1/ mile) and time spent. While I understand mistakes happen, no one has followed up regarding this after multiple phone calls or have provided us a detailed receipt.

Check in was a breeze, however in the middle of moving there was drug paraphernalia left in the back of the truck. When we alerted the vendor of this all we were told in a nonchalant way was to through this away. This added an unnecessary problem to an already tiring day.

The man there was very kind but the office was a disaster and the area a bit "sketchy". We were told at our original pick up location that we would be getting a $50 credit because the truck we reserved was not available because someone else did not return it on time. We agreed to go to this location to get a van and then had to make 3 trips across Indianapolis to move everything. We would appreciate the $50 being taken off our bill. Thanks

The location was good and the wormwr at Obpersa Computers was extremely.professionL and went above and beyond to help us mKe sure we got our truck by coming back after hours to the pick up location. HOWEVER, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN UHAIL AS A COMPANY, AS THE APP SERVICE WAS DOWN AND WE COULD NOT GETOUR UHAUL AT THE TIME I RESERVED. WE DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE SYSTEM WOULD BE UP AND WORKING AND THEREFORE LOST OUR MOVING QORMWRS AND OUR MOVE COULD NOT BE DONE. I NOW HAVE TO RENT ANOTHER UHAUL THIS WEEK, WHICH IS BEING AN EXTRA COST TO ME.

I reserved an appliance hand-truck that was not in the vehicle. It was imperative that I had one for the large cabinets I was moving. I had to spend over an hour of my time looking for one, finally going to Home Depot and having to pay nearly $100 to rent one.

This was the worst possible place I could have picked up a U Haul. So unorganized, nasty and messy inside, and I was wrongfully quoted a price compared to what I was billed. TERRIBLE

This was a bad experience over and people should not been sent to this site to pick up a truck. The location isn’t very well marked and has nothing to do with UHaul as far as customers are concerned. No way of identifying it at all. If don’t have a truck at the main location this isn’t an acceptable work around. Getting the key and dropping off was not acceptable. You shouldn’t have to been locked in to receiving services through internet. Not everyone has access or is comfortable down loading sensitive personal information on line.

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the app didn't work and no one was there to walk me through the process. Once someone showed up the reservation had been cancelled. The reservation iou on was reestablished at a rate almost $200 more than originally paid for.
