I think being warned of the extensive pick-up/drop-off process would’ve been helpful in managing our time a little better. Perhaps a time estimate of how long the process will take.
Rebecca Chave more van type vehicles available for around town usage. was very difficult to find a van close to my home. had to drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick up a van and then drive back to drop it off. actually cost me more because of the location of the nearest available van.

CRISTY PEverything was great! The App did crash however while I was taking pictures and left me wondering if everything went through…but ultimately everything was fine.
Ryan RBobbie was phenomenal helping me every step of the way! She took the worry and stress off of me more than once and was very friendly and patient every time I called her with a question. She is top-notch not just with customer service but as a caring and wonderful individual.
Kimberly CAgain not for the location, but the return process. As the location was closed the day I returned the trailer I did not notice the required time to return the trailer. to be charged for an extra day at a location that was closed all day and could not rent the trailer is uncalled for. Then be required to photograph all parts of the trailer took longer than if I had turned in to an open location. I am somewhat skilled with a trailer so I parked the trailer in a location between two others so as to not block an area, then the pictures I took were not very good because the parking was tight. NONE of this about the location I have rented from them before and they are very helpful and accommodating.
Michael HThe people were nice and mostly helpful. The 10’ truck I rented smelled like cigarette smoke, the passenger side door did not close well, and various dashboard warnings stayed on, but a note inside the truck said that was okay. That didn’t necessarily put me at ease, but the truck was clean despite the smell, was surprisingly fuel efficient, and did the job I needed it to do. Drop off was somewhat conflicting based on what the people told me at pickup and the app was telling me after hours. I would use this location again just out of convenience of how close it is to where I live, even though the overall experience leaves something to be desired.

Michael BThey had exactly the trailer I was looking to use. They hooked it up and then showed me how to disconnect it in case I had to drop it off after hours at the final destination. They looked up the closest dealer at my final destination as well. Bobbie was exceptional to work with.

Michael PWhy is it if you’re staying local you have to not only pay for gas but mileage as well. I spent over $42 dollars on gas then turned around and spent over $71 on mileage. I only had the U-Haul for two days and cost almost $200 for two days this really needs to be evaluated and improved.

Gary BFrom the gentleman that greeted me in the lot and unhitched the trailer, to the staff inside who checked me in and issued the paper receipt that I requested, they were great. Again, courteous, efficient and professional. Very helpful in recommending other (unrelated) services in the local area.
Dennis GI had some issues with this reservation that cost me an hour of lost time. First, my reservation location was changed without informing me, so when I showed up at the reserved location, my location was 3 miles away from where the truck was. Upon calling, I found out the truck at the original location had broken down. Okay, the. I drive 3 miles (farther, so costing me money) and get to the next place. Now the app was not working and I could not check in. Called U-Haul and followed instructions but got locked out of text messages after multiple attempts. Forwarded to app support and it was a 10 minute wait. They were able to reset everything and I eventually got the truck, but annoyed in the lost time (I had a hard deadline so couldn’t use my full rental time) and extra miles.
