Easy in and out for our trailer rental. Plenty of space to park and hook up and return. The trailer had a great ramp that was wonderful. We felt very safe pulling this trailer. No problems what so ever. Will rent here again when we need to. Debbie had great customer service!

The rep was very kind and personable. I told her that the truck had broken down. She gave me the number to call to get it repaired. Due to the breakdown we were way behind schedule. I turned the truck in after hours. I wish I could have meet her in person. She sounded like a wonderful person who really cares about her customers.

the scan box is on the front of a building but parking is required around the back so it's super uncomfortable. Also It's hard to know where the shop is from the road.

Worst customer service EVER. Lady at the store was super rude and very harsh when talking for no reason. She gave me the wrong key to the truck and still wanted me to take that truck even though it wasn't the same mileage and fuel level for the original truck on the app!! So you guys probably charged me more than necessary. HORRIBLE experience.

I have already stated in my drop of turn in what happened and what was wrong. Now, you have taken out 3 days worth of rental, gas, and mileage when it was all in uhaul for me having to have it that long. On top of it, paid a freaking tow bill that uhaul is responsible for! At the end of check out I denied giving uhaul permission to take out the full amount! I will be filing fraud on this charge in the morning, if it just wants to be ignored what I had to say and what I went through, my son as well! I said the other night I've never experienced anything like this before and now tonight it just got worse! I enjoyed renting from this company before, but I don't now and won't anymore!

They U-haul 24/7 App didn't work when I showed up to pick up the truck. I had to call support to walk me through the process online and the call support person was very good. The pick up location was unclear because they had rentals on a back lot and in front of the store. It was also unclear where to leave the truck after the rental as there was a sign on the door that stated one-ways left out front would be towed at the owner's expense. This in addition to the woman in O Hanlon's poor customer service skills made me nervous about leaving the truck out front so I parked it in the back lot. I will not work with O'Hanlon's again.

I don't know why I had to physically be at the U-Haul store before checking in. The process took about 10-15 mins longer than it could have bc the rep online had to verify a secondary contact and who knows what else.

Check the equipment, it was defective before we even took off. Had to call road side assistance. Road side assistance fixed it but it came completely off before I got to my first gas stop. So it wasn't assembled well. The woman who I picked up the trailer from Was extremely helpful though.

Deborah is great! No way to improve except keeping larger trucks available for in town use. As a local business owner of a specialty rental company, I rely on Uhaul trucks to make sure I have the right size for the job.

There was a slow leak in one tire for the whole trip. We had to get air in it daily. This should have been caught. Other than that all was fine.

The app sucks. Please fix it or do away with it. I wasted several hours of my already short time over 2 days trying to reserve a truck only to have it leave information incomplete. Had to have rep finish it for me at pickup. I would have preferred to use at counter pickup to start with but the app converted me to "share" before I decided to then it wouldn't work right and then I could find no way to convert it back. The app experience caused me so much more stress, pain and agony than I was already under with the move. However the in store live person rep was excellent and did much to alleviate the stress caused by the app. As far as recommending to a friend, I wouldn't recommend uhaul at all except that I would recommend talking to a live rep and not using the app if they must use Uhaul. But the truck was great.

Rude!!! I took great care to return vehicle clean and in the exact same condition I received it. The employee rudely said they had to take pictures and process the return. I insisted she promptly inspect the truck and close out my rental. When I was firm in my request she said it was in good condition and closed out the rental. I take exception to poor customer service especially after a long tiring drive .

I had a bit of a hard time initially reserving the truck, as the person that took my first call signed me up for the wrong rental, which caused a small problem when I went to solidify the rental. Maybe you could simplify this process a little bit?

Debbie was very helpful and calmed me down when I found the arrears on my contract. That's when I discovered them Because I was so delayed and overwhelmed when I left Fayettville NC She explained to me that there was a problem with the computer system and did what she could I didn't notice them until I turned in truck in Harrisonburg NC. I also found trash under and behind the seats which I cleaned out. I left the truck cleaner than when I received it. The two local U haul dealers did all they could. I blame U haul Not the local dealers for my bad experience .After talking to both Paul ( Fayettville) and Debbie ( Harrisonburg) They did all they could. Once again I feel I deserve a full refund

The people there did not do there job. There comouters were down so had issues with oickup. I understand that. What I had issues with is insread of the employees calling the u 1800uhaul # to finalize the pick up, after I already did the check in the day before and reserved the trailer online by credit card, I had to call that number to finish everything. The lady there was extremely rude from the time we stepped in the door. Not going to that location to rent from again in the future, will go out of our way to a different location to get a trailer.
