Tony CUhaul will squeeze every cent they can out of you. Also we returned our truck and tow dolly at 8 am and I was getting blown up with calls and sent texts from a worker at this location asking me about the tow dolly... despite the fact we turned it in and was already inspected...

Jose AWhen I confirmed my uhaul, my confirmation email had an entirely different location from where I was supposed to pick it up. So I ended up wasting 20 minutes, please try to have the correct pickup address on the confirmation emails!! Thankfully, the woman working was very nice and understanding about the mix up.
Daja HThe store location for pickup was open until 5pm, but there was no one actually working at the U-Haul side. The tire store employees tried to be helpful, but didn't really know anything about it. I had to call the U-Haul company to have someone check me out on the phone .

Bobby DThe "contactless" pick up is a pain. First it wouldn't work because it said I was in the wrong location. I had to drive from the front, where I parked to the back of the building before it would allow me to move forward with the steps to pick it up. The same thing happened for the return. After parking the truck, I had to drive my car back to OK Tire so that it would let me complete the check in process, and then back to the Truck to take all the pictures, and then back to OK Tire to drop the key off. It was ridiculous. I even had to restart checkout because the page expired while I was driving back and forth. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to complete either process. Is there a way to send your customers an automatically generated email with tips for these quirks? I almost forfeited my rental because the location is off.

Gregory EMake sure the car dolly's are inspected properly by touch not just looks. I was given a dolly right at closing, told I was hook up trailer myself and load car due to insurance issues. The young man did help me hook up after I asked nicely. Before I left he did verify lights for me while I turned them on and used them. Problem came 20 minutes later when I was pulled over for no right side running light on dolly. Upon inspection also found lights are led and not accessible. He also discover the fender on that same side was very loose. The officer was understanding and though it was night, he gave me a warning for the light since it was on the right side. Nearly 30 minutes wasted on that. If u rent a dolly definitely take the employee working with and personally do a hands on inspection, touch it all since I can't rely on a tech at a tire store to check them in properly!!!

TASHA FNo familiar with the location and directions were for the ok Tire shop but lot across the street seemed to be where the Uhaul equipment was parked. Then wasn't sure were the key drop off was. Like I said it only because we'd had a very long day and weren't familiar with the location. All worked out.
