The truck was full of mud on the outside and very dirty on the inside, with 1/4 gas, when I put gas in it trying to reach 1/4 I went for 1/8 more (about $10) and when I asked To the man, if they gave me any credit for delivering the truck with more gasoline, he laughed in my face and treated me like a miserable person. I rented it there because it was close to what I was going to pick up, but I didn't like the condition of the truck.

Jose RI rented the truck and used it on Saturday. On Tuesday a lady from the facility called me asking me if I still had the truck because she couldn’t check with the location because ‘nobody answers the phone’ . And she also sent me an email about my late drop off. Very disorganized.

Esquiel Crented van for 24 hours and was charged for 7 days. I only drove van for 3 miles and Uhaul is charging me for 100 miles. Had to submit a claim and I am waiting for response

When I returned the vehicle, the person that received was really unprofessional. Definitely I will never rent a Uhaul again, at least not from this location.
ANDRES ATHIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I RENT A UHAUL TRUCK!!!! When I arrived at the Sunoco station to pick up the truck at 11am, the representative in charge of rentals was not there. The gas station attendant tried to contact him numerous times with no success, so I called the customer service number and spoke to Arianna, who was able to contact the rep and informed me that he was on his way. After waiting over an hour, the rep showed up with an attitude, didn't apologize, and took longer than necessary to give me the truck. Because of this delay, I missed 2 scheduled appointments to pick up my furniture, and the friends that were going to help me with the move had to leave for work, so my girlfriend and I had to handle heavy furniture by ourself. To make matters worse, by the time we were done with loading everything, the storage facility we reserved was closed. I called customer service again to try to find a storage place that was open late, but all were either closed or too far. In the end, I went over the mileage looking for a storage place. I called customer service again and spoke to 3 different reps, before getting Ariana again, who was nice enough to give me an extra day, but she said that she couldn't help with the mileage... In the end, the experience I had made my moving experience more stressful than necessary and I though I appreciate Ariana providing me with an extra day, I feel like that wasn't enough compensation for the inconvenience and added stress I had to endure.

SHERYL SThe staff had no idea what to do. It took a very long time to get in and out of there. We picked up the truck early and understood we would be paying for extra days. We also made it clear that we would be dropping off the truck in Vermont on the same date as the original reservation, Thursday. However while we were driving to Vermont, we received a call on Tuesday wondering why we hadn't returned the truck.
SANDRA TEverything and everyone was great the only thing didn't get a recite or anything so don't now how much everything came our to be they didn't check tank and I know didn't use much a little under a quaurter so don't know how much or how it was broken down

Patricia SAppliance dolly and 2 bags of furniture pads were requested, but not delivered. Personnel were mostly unfamiliar with the equipment. Receipt was supposed to be emailed within 5 minutes, but never arrived, despite repeated affirmations that it would be sent. Not given the expected paperwork. Not offered 1-mo. free storage at U-Haul (I love that perk). Rented appliance dolly and furniture pads from another location. Appliance dolly was barely useable: only one ring on the strap (couldn't cinch down), rear rollers were nonfunctional and rubber tracks would fall off, wheels would rub against the lifting plate, making movement difficult. If this was my first experience with U-Haul, I wouldn't go back. Fortunately, I have had excellent experiences before.
MICHAEL HMy credit card info was written on a paper and it was left up to myself to varify the miles on the unit, which I was not able to as it showed that tire pressure needed to be adjusted. The unit it self had not been cleaned on the inside, there was evidence of food, plates and other utensils. After loading my items for the move there were roaches crawling all over, I take it this was from the left over food. I was not able to close out my account upon returning the unit as there was only one person working. Also it haf to take a phone call 4hrs later to finally get a email that it was closed and was unable to download or look at my receipt.

Marimar Mdoesn't have a person to receive the uhual .... the cashier at the gas station has nasty attitude because I wanted her to check my miles I use , she said she didn't care about it , she just worry about the gas station , thats not her problem ... what kind of customer service , I am so disappointed seriously
MARLIN BLady had no idea what to do, No knowledge of what truck I was supposed to take, failed to charge me on the spot even after I asked her "aren't you supposed to charge me?" and later I had Uhaul reps calling trying to track me down multiple times as I was busy packing.
KIEL BA Wonderful Cuban American Family owes this Amazing Gas Station. It's a One Stop Shop, They have it all from Gas, Auto Repair, Wine & U-Haul Rentals. Wonderful Customer Service!
KURT OThe van was dirty, the place felt unsafe. No parking to leave your car. And she wrote down our credit card number on a piece of paper and didn't close out the transaction until the following day which left us with a night of no sleep. We never signed anything and wasn't told the total when we left. I've rented a lot in my lifetime but this place was the worst EVER!!!!! Oh, and she called us 4 hrs later to ask us if we still wanted to rent the van and I was like wow, I already rented this van and you have my credit card info on a piece of paper

Andrew DI ordered the truck with a specific dolly online and I had to drive to another location to pick up the dolly I requested. which was about 8 miles a way adding to my mileage. Not good.

ERNESTO TTruck was not there, I have to call uhaul to find a new one
ALAIN VI dropped off a clean a truck with full tank of gas early. The clerk spoke little english and did not know how to close out my transaction. She told me that someone would call me and email me later. This never happened. Instead I get an emailed receipt for AN EXTRA DAY AND FUEL CHARGE! I consider this theft on the part of the location owner. Total incompetence and a lack of integrity.

I was told I would only need a 17 foot truck for a two bedroom apartment but I needed a 20 even using a professional packer and the bumper of my car was damaged by the employee who put his car on the dolly.
