The return check in had no paperwork to sign. There was no proof of actually turning in the trailer.

Steven MThe location was great and they were very friendly. However, we were able to rent a 20' truck online for this location and they didn't have any trucks available. It would be helpful if the inventory online was accurate and you could rely on it. We had to rent a smaller truck from another location and get a trailer from here. Luckily we had a truck that was big enough to pull a trailer.

I wished to pay cash but was charged to debit card .Also needed paper reciept I had to download off my computer printer. Just a little confusing for my 1st time renting equiptment. . Philip VI rented it to pick up block for a fence. When I got to the block company they were out of my color to match. I have to pick up block in about 2 weeks. So I only used the trailer for approx an hour. I inquired if I could get a credit and not lucky enough.
Clara YOld Town is the best uhaul place in Tucson to rent. I was impressed with the short amount of time it took. From the time I checked in, hookup and out the gate in less than 12 minutes.

JOHN SDon’t tell your customers that there’s nothing you can do when it comes to refunds or other financial issues. Inspect the vehicles before the customer leaves
Dan HBeing more professional and taking ways more care of safety! I was on a long road trip. When I see that a tire strap from my car on the car trailer is sideways of the tire and the other strap is loose after about 60 miles of driving time then this is a HIGH-RISK FACT and a bad accident could happen if I haven't seen this! The personnel should better be trained and tighten the tire straps ways more! Also, they should inform the customers to take care of the straps and proof the straps after every tank stop, because not every customer would look for the straps! Especially when they know that people go on a very long road trip.
