My only problem was with the way you fill out the amount paid for the equipment. I had to call and have someone help me understand the bill. It reads daily charge for the truck (which was actually a cargo van) was $79.00. It wasn't, but apparently you have it connected to the mileage charge. Strange, but the vehicle worked fine.

Drove 30 plus miles one way only to waste another 30 minutes to actually process and get a trailer. Takes 15-20 min to speak to someone on the phone

I was at the place to pick up my trailer for 1 hour and he called 2 different UHAUL higher ups to figure out what the issues were. It was so annoying and made us late for a party in MN. It was my worst experience ever with UHAUL and they charged “pending charges” 4 different times so I am now waiting up to a week for that to clear. I would think twice before using this place again.

Jeff was extremely helpful and very polite kept my reservation on file and called me as soon as a trailer became available. We needed the trailer that day and it was 4:00 pm on Saturday. A trailer was not available until Sunday but one came in we picked it up at 4:30 pm WHAT A GREAT PERSON he deserves a raise.

Prices are bogus. Not recommending uhaul to anyone. First truck fell through cause no keys. 39.95 + .99 is prices advertised but after 38 miles charged 150? Dumb company :D

The first truck assigned had brake noise issues! The first gentleman was ok and fine with getting a replacement, however another male individual made comments that it was fine but if you want a replacement, go ahead! I did request and did get a replacement, however the guys remark was not ok or professional at all. More less made it sound as though if the truck would have broke down they would just blame the renter. The first guy was much more accommodating and handled it with more respect. He called some other number to get the replacement and even said the lady on the phone said the brakes should not have made such a noise! Windshield was dirty!

I was charged $447 two weeks BEFORE my rental date. It was quite the shock when I checked my credit card statement. It made it so I was unable to use my card as it brought me to my credit limit. It took a week to have it taken off my bill. I wasn't offered a discount or anything.

The site we were to return the trailer to in Oshkosh didn't except Uhaul trailers and longer and at the last minute needed to find a place that we could drop it off. You should have your system up to date on what excepts returns

We had no problems with the pick up on drop off locations or the equipment. What caused problems was the UHaul reservation website. I requested this location for pick up and when I went to confirm, a location 50 miles away was selected. The options for drop off kept changing as well.

Went to unload vehicle off of trailer and trailer came right off the ball of truck I am so lucky this didn't happen on the highway and yes the trailer was put on the truck right.

When the employee put the trailer on, he did not tighten the to the hitch ball and left the chains too long. As a result, the hitch popped off on the way home. Luckily no one was injured.

There was a mix up with my online reservation. The young man who I spoke to at The Olde Town Laundromat about a week before our pick up contacted the main office to make sure we had a truck on the day I booked it for. He was very thorough with taking care of it and calling me back within a short time.

I didn't know that I would need two contact people with phone numbers. I didn't have my cell phone with me and walked to location 20 minutes away. I then had to walk back home to get cell phone with contact numbers then back to pick up location. Inconvenient for me. I wish they could have cut me some slack and allowed me to get truck with one reference number.

I know this is not the location but you need to allow more mileage. We did not travel off the route and had less than 2 miles left before we would be over the mileage limitation. If I would have had to go off the beaten path to fuel up we would have been over our mileage limit. This adds additional stress to a move

Never rent anything uhul form this location this guy is a real dick this guy is Violating u hauls policies i used to work for u haul in the call center and when giving him your card he writes it down Which is not u hauls policies of pci compliance i would highly hope he gets shut down by uhaul u won't get your paperwork or able to sign any contracts before he says your not getting a receipt or paperwork form me he writes it down on a sticky note and says the machine is broken and then he yelled and said call traffic and also didn't remember me from the day before this guys location needs to be investigated

Location was changed 4-5 different times even after it was guaranteed pickup at the first location it was assigned to. Sent to a location that I was told has the truck then got there they were closed and had no truck ? Finally found a truck at the laundromat location in STEVENS Point was given trailer check in paperwork. ? WTH . I want my Guaranteed reservation Fee of $50

The original contract was wrong by mileage and fuel. Mileage showed 0 tenths of a mile when truck actually had 9 tenths so just shy of a full mile. Also showed 3/4 tank but only had 5/8ths in the truck so disappointed on the original contract. They did take care of this before we left.

The truck was not at full gas when I first picked it up. This left me confused as to whether or not I needed to fill it up, so I looked online at uhaul's instructional video, 'how to properly return your truck.' It did not identify that the gas had to be refilled. The lack of instruction to refuel, combined with the not-full-to-start tank, led me to believe I did not need to refuel. It was not until the truck was at the drop off location and I was going through the check in steps that it identified refuelling as necessary. Since it was 2/8th's of a tank LESS than I got it at, I was charged an extra $30. Why is it when I attempted to find these extra charge information, it was either mis-communicated or omitted? Why did the 'how-to' information everywhere else not align with that in the contract? This is a non-transparent business model that utilizes shady efforts to get every possible dollar out of every single customer, new or returning. I am not satisfied, I will never use uhaul again and I will recommend Penske to any person I talk to- at least they didn't dupe me with a ton of extra non-explained fees. At least Penske gave me instructions and customer care that reflected the contract.

We were 3 minutes late and they charged us for another day-the person working said that he credited us for the extra day-HE DID NOT!!!!!! Unbelievable!! Will NEVER use this location again and will be filing a claim with our credit card company.
