Jayson SWay too expensive! Truck was loud and steering was loose, wobbling all over the road . Not fun to drive. The location was ok, but there was a big rubber piece that fell off into the cab which was a tripping hazzard while getting in and out. The price was outrageously expensive. I plan to never use U-Haul again

Pam Fsetting in farmyard in pitch black darkness. Took 25 minutes to get id photo accepted. It's 10:45 pm, we were made to go 200 miles out of our way and when I called the customer support line with 10 minutes left in our pickup window, I was told the hold time was 60 minutes. Incredibly horrible customer service.

Timothy HThere were a pile of moving blankets inside that were just that a pile not folded. I was not charged for them. Which i appreciated. No dolly. Had to go to another location in DL to pick up a dolly and they only had an appliance dolly we used and return it there seperately. A bit of a nuisance but it worked.

Harvey WThe main concern was the trailer lights did not work when I pickup it up and we spend the better part of a half hour gettign them to work. Because of the concern, they evidently called another place in Park Rapids to get a different trailer and there was a mix up with where the trailer was rented from the bill was paid and then reimbursed and later resubmitted for payment. This was a hassel and I als received an text from Uhaul indicating I owed $568.00 for damage to a trailer wheel and I don't have a clue what that was about because we did not have any problems wih the trailer nor did we do any damage to a tire and rim. I have rented before and everything went well, this time there seemed to be a mixup with paperwork and where the trailer was rented, etc.

RICHARD FThe trailer we rented was clean, however, the door was very tough to get open. My mother-in-law said there was something broken on the inside of the door that was causing it to be so tough to get open and closed.
