Sherry WVery helpful. Customer service arrived 15 minutes before opening at 0900. Although I dropped the trailer off at 0824 and went to get some coffee, when I returned at 0850 to confirm everything was alright, he was already moving the trailer to a storage location to free up the drop off spot next to the office. Great service in Omak as always.

JOAN MKaci bent over backwards to figure out why we were charged $300 for a trailer that should have been $69. She called and talked to many. If I ever-ever use UHaul again, I will make sure to go through Omak office. Much more helpful people. Also people who were understanding and compassionate as to WHY WAS I CHARGED $300?
Teresa CThe Omak site was closed for over a month and nowhere in Oksnogsn County to rent a truck. There were no explanations and web site showed they were open. Very frustrating. But once open they were awesome.

Ronny HI like that we have a rental location close to home and am glad I did not have to travel far to rent, however, the owners of this location are rarely in the office and are extremely hard to get a hold of via phone. They do not answer phone calls and are rarely in the office to talk to.
Eric MI filled the gas tank up above what I got it at. But you guys want to charge me an additional $54 for going 50 miles past the 328 miles your company allotted. Maybe if there were more spots to drop off a usual truck I wouldn't of had to drive it almost an hour just to turn in the truck. Not counting the money it took to put back in the gas tank.
mathew wI will never ever do the smart phone pick up ever again!, i could not figure it out, it was to difficult, i had to call main office in spokane, they called someone to come to the office and help me, Kuddo's to Steve that showed up and open the office and helped me with my rental. other wise I would have never got my rental truck, you guys need to hire someone to work in that uhaul office,. next time I need a uhaul rental truck I will drive a hundred miles to a location that has a real person working there before trying to use my dam cell phone to rent a truck. im to old to figure it out! I had two trucks reservered and a crew of six people waiting, If it wasent for Steve, it would have been a disaster!.
Ed WEasy way to drop off the trailer after hours. Everything was went very smoothly.
Steve QThere was a few people there with limited information on returning items. I was charged for 1/2 tank of gas that cost me $89. I didn’t return it half empty! Who ever calculated the gas mileage was wrong. I had to take a truck to Omak and a trailer to Coulee City, I was told that I would get reimbursed for the time and gas but so didn’t get anything but a higher price to pay. The 24 hour setup doesn’t work. Make sure to get the gas mileage correct. We are hard working people if I was rich I may not care but I am not, every dollar counts in my family. When people return their hardware, they are already exhausted and then to make us go another 40 miles out of our way is crazy and not good business. Unhappy with UHAUL services.

DANA HTell them to skip the online registration. It was frustrating last time I used u-haul. Pickup without online registration was a breeze.

Ingrid GThe utility and furniture dollys I had reserved and paid for were NOT in the truck upon pick up. Location was closed so we made due without them. Sure having a hard time getting refunded the rental fees for those 2 dollys. I’ve emailed and wrote a note on my pickup and drop off and have gotten zero response, other than an itemized receipt showing they were still being charged. It’s not a lot of money, but I hate to pay for renting them when the location never provided them!!!!
