Nicole mRented an auto transport trailer for about 6 hrs. Two days later I got a text saying I needed to close out my order. Apparently someone didn't close out the order as I was told they would. Had to call to get things cleared up.
David JThe main reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there isn’t anybody at the location to help you hook up the trailer the 12 foot trailers really need to have a jack on them
Michael CCould not find location, then we did behind shopping center! Tried calling several times before we got an answer. Then you just drop trailer??? No one to inspect?

Jason RThe National UHaul call center should be aware that this location is all done by telephone and texting. Was quite simple, but some people may get flustered having to connect their own trailer. Very simple but I can see how it may be intimidating to others.
Anthony CHave the phone number posted near the lock box instead of on the front door of the Benjamin Moore paint store, and have the sign read 'Call this number to rent these trucks/trailers.'
David JUnmanned. Have to do everything yourself. The trailer wouldn't come off the ball at drop off and had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes trying to get the trailer loose. Go somewhere that you can get some help when you need it.

Thomas PNo one at this location. It is done completely over the phone and nothing notated that. Luckily I had someone with me capable of picking up, attaching and booking up the trailer we rented.
Nicole GNo one to help. Hurt my back hooking up to trailer because no one was there to assist. Trailer axle broke too and tore up the fender.
DAVID GUsed app, which was very cumbersome. Never found shop, staff replied after voicemail left.
Jonathan DTook a little while (but under 10 minutes) to get someone on the phone to process our checkout. The hardest part was finding the Uhaul location (behind a shopping plaza, not well marked, the physical address was an empty store front with no indication of where to find the uhauls). Would never have found it if we didn't decide to try driving behind the small strip mall. Drop off was easy, appreciated being able to drop off/return the trailer at any time. All contract processing and payment went seemlessly.

Richard MWe wanted to return the trailer at 3:30 in the afternoon. When we called we were told they were closed. Really?? In the middle of the afternoon they are closed?
