Eduardo PimentelAbsolute trash. The incompetence I experienced in dealing with U-Haul and this location angers me. What should have been an easy task for me turned into an hours long ordeal because people could just not get it together. The location I rented from has problems keeping track of their rentals. Locks were switched and put on the wrong trucks so I could not get the truck/equipment I paid for. They even called me two days after to ask when I was going to bring the truck back. Because “they don’t see it” Unbelievable. Trying to tell me they don’t see the truck insisting I still had it. Garbage service. Get it together and learn to do things right. Find some place else to rent your U-Haul. This isn’t it my friends.

ISSAM CHAHAYEDI took the truck for two days, I wanted to return it one day earlier. called, no one picked up the phone. paid for two days, despite the fact that he did not use the trolley, he withdrew money from me and for it !!! the service is terrible, the truck is not working!!!
ANDREY ZYULKORNEEVExplain better about the dollies having ties before you start..I was charged for two days for a dolly I didn't use because it was missing a tie down ...I never saw the tie on the dollie and thought nothing of it ..? Other then over charging me, the truck and service provider we're good ..

jack dinigianYou have to mess with the key in the ignition to try to get the U-Haul started. We would spent 5-10 minutes trying to get the U-Haul to start everytime we turned it on. The air blows hot air while it’s over 100 degrees outside.

alvin magundayaoThe UHaul app does not work properly in many ways. In this most recent rental it crashed consistently and did not allow me to return the vehicle properly. This was using a Pixel3 phone. Apologies if this inconvenienced the host location. Uhaul needs to take better care of its app if it expects people to rely on it for after hours returns.

The first thing that happened was the reservation not in the computer system or the app. The owner only called to setup the pickup one day before then he disappeared. Did not respond to any phone or texts at all. I had to call uhaul directly to find out how to add the reservation into the computer. I had to take pictures of the car and my face plus my driver's license. I will never ever do this ever again, I will never do another self pickup. I will never use this uhaul location ever again. It's not even a location its just uhauls parked on the street. There's no office, the key return poorly labeled, the owner is non existent and couldn't give two shits if you can't get your truck. This was by far the worst most horrible uhaul experience ever.

Lisa RodriguezI ordered a furniture dolly and did not receive it! This wasted hours of our time and caused great stress as we needed that dolly to move heavy items. Also need better instructions on how to return keys. There is no drop box for the keys as instructed by the online process.

Vahid AzarbahariReserved rental through mobile order for 6AM. Paid for additional dollies and equipment. They were not included in the truck. Store was closed during that time. Unable to receive help through customer service phone support. Had to go to another location and pay for the equipment needed. Delayed our moving time/plans by at least 2 hours.
Richard SimpsonI was rented a truck and told the power steering whine was normal. Within 30 min I lost all power steering and the smoke almost made me pass out. Then the brakes went out on the truck and I had to use emergency brake to stop completely. To top it off they still charge me 80 for the truck after nearly killing me. Your company should be ashamed

Terri PageWhat you can do is find another local provider. This provider has no morals and respect for customers. It has been my worst experience ever having to see the urgent care after a terrible dispute with this store owner.
guadalupe chavezThe Uhaul was dirty on the outside when we picked it up. The gas was also below half a tank. Did not notice we received a text to review the Uhaul before leaving the business till we were home and the link expired.
