The guy barely knew English the equipment was missing one of the rear safety chains and couldent even connect the car trailer. The trailer was dirty had like dried sheetrock mudding but I was in a real hurry so I dident complain i just wanted to leave but you could barely understand him he sounded and act like a young kid.

Employe wanted me to unhook trailer myself. Had to wait for person to finish with gas customers before he would come out to unhook trailer.

I spent 30 minutes on hold with no answer from the uhaul customer support phone number. My truck was changed twice without my consent which changed me from a 15' to a 26'. Why did the website let me book a one way truck at 15' if it was not available for a one way haul, which i was later informed of via uhaul customer support? Overall terrible experience. Poorly designed website and not easy to pick up the truck.

The location is extremely sketchy. A face lift for the gas station would be about the best thing you could do. But from a business standpoint, seems like it gets the job done.

Pick up location is a gas station and it had one attendant. My check in was delayed because every customer entering the store was taking care of before finishing my contract. There was no one to help me attached the trailer. The trailer did not have a jack, so I had to lift and maneuver it unto the hitch myself. Bottom-line, the service sucks.

The guy ran my credit card through several times and said it would not go through. I gave him a different credit card and he said the same thing; After more than a hour and 1/2 he asked if I had the cash. He did not want to pay the credit card fee I believe. After paying cash we tried to hook up the trailer the lights would not work. After paying for a different set up the light finally worked. I am extremely unhappy about my experience with your operator to say the least. I was told that I would receive a $60.00 refund after dropping off the trailer. The place was closed when I returned the trailer so I put my receipt in the back like I was told by your operator/ When should I receive my refund? Staff was difficult to understand over the phone but friendly when finally met and checked in. Pick up work space was cluttered with jewelry display. Equipment Wiring harness had issues and needed repair.

The location and personnel were excellent. My problem is with uhaul corporation. I reserved everything i needed for a one way move out of state. I was told when i checked in i would be charged $355 but when i checked in it was $396 and when i got to the location to actually pick the equipment up i was charged another $36. The car hauler i rented said my truck would fit according to their website but when i loaded my truck the back tires were less than a quarter of the way on so i had to leave my truck at the location in a rented spot. I will never use uhaul ever again and telling all friends and family to never use them!!

I rented a Car Transport Trailer and it worked perfectly, 150+ mile move.. The trailer had new tire straps, good safety chains, and the attendant was very professional. He hooked up the trailer with great attention to detail and even took a picture of the final setup insuring safety. Also, they are open late, 11:00PM. I would highly recommend them.

the requested 20 foot truck was not available. I was charged an additional $21 for 26 ft truck that I did not need. Cargo area was not swept out. Parked in very muddy location and muddy floor boards.

Allow use of Express Checkin on mobile app. Counter person did not seem to know that option was available. But still overall, very good experience. Nice clean truck!

The people were rude. Despite filling out forms ahead of time that said checkout would be faster, I was there almost an entire hour trying to check out.

I think they need to do better on how they price there truck and how they place where they should drop off the truck and make it reasonable to drop off and pick up the truck instead of increasing price on the consumer to rail road them into a price that isn't reasonable it's forced?

I had a 5 x 8 rented, but it would not hook on my hitch, so had to take a 4 x 8. The lady at the rental pickup was demanding and was very very rude. The trailer leaked and water got on most of the goods we were moving, it was raining most of the trip the entire floor of the trailer was wet when we arrived. I informed the turn in location of the leakage and they were going to check the unit.

Got charged twice for safe move insurance. And charged 40 dollars for an extra day, that didn’t even show up on invoice. The guy didn’t speak English so it’s hard to get them to understand me. Horrible pick up location.

Picking up was over 45 min and no one to help attach it; your computer seemed not to work. Thank goodness a customer helped me put it on and could explain everything. Returning it was a breeze with an extra person there able to help take it off and park.

Please make sure that the clerk is precise about his/her knowledge of fuel and miles. Our particular clerk got over on us for approximately 20 miles which inured additional charges. Also, see that clerk is curtious and realize that he/she doesn't have the monopoly of the rental world. Please and thank you!!

Train the people at pickup and drop off locations on how to look up information on the computer without having to take 40 minutes to do it when we already did the sign in online. Or else, perhaps update software so information is readily available from the contract number to speed things along. Also be sure trucks are full of gas which is the least you can do since you charge extra for mileage over a certain allowance. Good Customer service to start us off with a full tank. I will never use UHaul again. Wasted precious time trying to get the truck.

Someone needs to let those contractors know the meaning of customer service. They are extremely dismissive and ignore you when they don’t feel like answering your questions. It wasn’t clean when I got it, so he had to sweep it out. I also believe the truck needs a tune up.

The customer service was great! I had a bad experience with another Uhaul location earlier in the day and had to cancel that reservation. This location was ready and able to take my reservation immediately. Fast, easy, and will use this location again!

While overall the experience was satisfactory the trailer was very old and beat up and made me question whether or not it would do the job. The location is a convenience store where only 1 person was on duty at the time (10 AM) and he had to wait on several customers before he could get to me even though I had advance reservations and was in the store before many of the customers who were served before I was but this was also the only U-Haul location open on a Sunday morning in the area. The agent was friendly and professional and he worked hard at getting everything done.

Avoid this location. Did not assist with ensuring the equipment was properly attached to vehicle, the lights worked, or anything of that nature. I personally had to move other trailers to access the trailer on was renting

they gave me a run down truck because I paid in cash and then they don't mark the gas right before you get it and try to charge you to put more in.

We got called the day of the pick up and were told we had to pick up the truck at a different location that was 5 miles away, so that added 10 miles to our mileage at 99 cents/mile so roughly $10. Once we got to the new pick up, we had to wait 30 minutes to get the truck. After that everything was fine.

I was told I could drop the uhaul back off in Gaffney after I was finished moving and got to the one stop shop and was told I could not return it to the Gaffney location. This ended up costing me more money. I would have never rented it if I would have known that.
