John LMy wife says it was noisy and needed a cd player. The radio faded in an out. At Santa Fe elevation of 7100 ft the check engine light came on. It wasn't on at Las Cruses 3900 elevation. This trucks gas usage surprised me.

luis dBrian was exceptional to work with in my rental from his pick up location. The truck I was assigned had some electrical issues connected to the car dolly. After several mechanics, and several hours later, I was on my way. Brian stayed the entire time and helped with the dolly hook up. I highly recommend this pick up location.

We rented a truck on a Saturday and tried to return it after hours, where we had trouble with the U-haul check out app. Brian was quickly able to resolve our issue. As much as we hate moving, if we had to do it again, we definitely would use Organ Mourtain Graphix!

Michael CLower your costs! My 2000 mile move using U-haul 10FT box truck, including gas was $1.80 per mile! Pretty expensive. Won't do again. Tire pressures were well below recommended 80psi when i received truck. Cost me $10.00 for air. Oil needed changed also according to truck's computer.

They weren’t interested in helping us solve the problem and I was immediately scrambling to make our move possible. Ramon PI preferred contactless pickup. Yet this process took way longer. And the misunderstandings just made it unpleasant. Never again. But it was my fault for not verifying location and not calling to fix it.
