I went on line to see if this location was open and as indicated by the information given it was. When I arrived on Saturday August 24 2019 I found it to be closed. I dropped of the key and pertinent rental information. I then received a charge for after hours dropped off at this location. If I had known this I would have taken it to another location. Perhaps a note should be made for this type of over sight. Over all u-haul rental was very good

I will be calling head office as I am very dissatisfied with the way my experience went. I enjoyed the Redcliff U haul but the office I was sent to pick up the truck in Lethbridge at the 22nd St office. I had to pay in cash as he didn't except credit card or debit. I got hosed on boxes that I bought but never used and not being able to refund the 32 dollars also he never put that on the receipt. The atmosphere was not inviting. U haul needs to pay more attention to the off shoots of your business as it looks poorly on you. I also did research and I still feel that I wasn't prepared for the other things that pop up. I would definitely refer to Redcliff uhaul as the service was beyond great. I feel like a customer should be able to go to any one of the uhaul places and get awesome service.

It was very frustrating as the address provided on our confirmation email was not where our rental was. We drove all the way accross town to pick it up to be told they didn’t have it and we had to drive to the other side of the city to pick it up. This not only set us back over an hour on our schedule but we also had a 2 year old and a 4 year old that it effected as it added a lot of time to their day in a vehicle. The other frustration was we were provided a dolly that left black grease all over everything. It ruined our sons good shoes as well as left black oil on the carpet in the rental and on the hardwood floors. Apparently we should have been given a call saying our pick up location had changed but that did not happen. The truck was fine, even the location we finally picked it up at was fine but the above reasons are why I have given a poor rating on this rental. We have used UHaul many times previously and probably will again in the future but just feel both this issues could have totally been avoided and we wanted to give our feedback.

Was originally supposed to pick up and got directed to other location once on site and wasted an hour out of my moving day due to terrible service and confused workers. Also couldn’t understand the one mans English at original location

I rented an appliance dolly. I was asked how long I needed it for, I said a few hours. They called me a few hours after I rented it and asked why I hadn't returned it. I've rented trucks, trailers and dollies from Uhaul and you have 24 hours to return. I assumed I had 24 hrs even though I said a few hours, I should have been told they expected the dolly back in 4 hrs. I won't be using them again.
