Only one truck and a basics utility dolley available here. The staff run a convenience store/market so are not very knowledgeable about how to assist besides charging your card. Even with online check in process, it took at about 20 minutes to get the computer working. The customer service was poor. They didn’t tell me they would not have the dolly I needed and I did not realize this until leaving (I needed the appliance dolly with straps to safely move some items.) I was sent to the Ortiz Fresh Market location after the first location did not have my reservation even though it was supposedly “guaranteed” when I booked the day previous. Another customer did not turn in the truck as scheduled, but there was no other alternative for me at this location. Next time, an update about the stairs of my reservation before o arrive is greatly needed for those on a time crunch like I was. This delayed the process 2 hours and I had a limited window the complex allowed me to move in- very stressful. I will be filing a dispute because they made the 50 dollar promise but I have heard nothing from Uhaul to try and solve this. Overall, I was an over an hour behind schedule with my move and without the proper tools due to this whole mix up.
