gena mThere were approximately 12 uhauls varying in size, I requested the biggest one available as from a far there seemed to be 6 parked out front, but the gentleman helping me out said there was no way I could get any of those because they were reserved and charged me $150 for your $19.95 deal and I only used it for 7 hours. Seeing as how I was in need I had no choice but to aquire this expensive unit. I moved down the street from this u haul location and all day yesterday and today none of the other units were being utilized so I felt taken advantage of and lied to because I was told the bigger units were gonna be out of town.

Juaquin RThe truck we rented had been hit several times. It tracked to the right severely and is very dangerous to try and drive. I hope you pull it out of service and have the alignment, gas gauge is not working., and it needs new tires. We had to fill the tires with air everytime we filled up.
Tonjia KKind folks on the receiving end; no problems. Gentlemen stated the truck I drove should have been retired long ago. Informed and showed him the problems and safety issues previously mentioned. Did not request a discount, but should have been offered something for my troubles.

an hThe drop off location was confusing and using the website to complete the drop off didn’t work. It has been over a month and the money has finally been charged from my account for an extra day rental. I am still waiting to hear back on why I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up a tow dolly when there was one parked right next to the truck I was picking up. The reservation had been cancelled earlier that day and yet I still was not allowed to take that one. The entire uhaul experience was horrible and I will not be recommending anyone use this company. I will not be a uhaul customer ever again.

lee bReservations is not a good idea for anyone !!!! They are not professional and they don't care !! I would not recommend the state of Colorado for any U Haul ! We will move again in 6 months and will not consider U Haul at all !!!!

Troy MThey charged us a insurance policy we had no interest in. When my son picked up the unit the guy said "your dad wanted this". I never spoke to this guy and I had no interest in the insurance. Bullshit.
