The WiFi pick up didn't work,, there was a human that was able to get a code to get into the lock box and get the key, the code arrived on my phone an hour later. Thank goodness for humans.Scott S.
The link to the self check-in didn't work so I had to check the truck back in with a person. There was nobody in the store! I called the telephone # for the business and was told there should be someone "back in the workshop". I finally made contact with a mechanic that knew nothing of checking U-Haul equipment back in and could not help me. The guy on the phone checked me in over the phone. When I returned the key to the mechanic he looked at me like "what do I do with this?". Very frustrating experience.Stephen S.

Have an additional worker if possible. Waited at least 15 minutes to be assigned. Other people in front of me were there to buy or pickup parts. Not U-Haul related.Stephen Y.
