The front right tire was at 35 psi instead of 110 like indicated on 26 footer very dangerous..cost me 5.00 and time and a few miles to find air stationâ€¦They said gas was full , when i got inwas between full and 3/4.. trued to check out on app to save the 20.00 it reads, no reservations. The online, after hours check in is a major waste of time. Stick to dropping a contract in an after hours drop box, as not everyone has a smartphone strapped to their hand 24/7.JOHN G.

The trailer fenders are to high. My Husband drove our Kia Sedona onto the trailer, then he couldn't open the doors to get out. We had to unpack the van so he could crawl over the seats and escape. We couldn't put power windows down as the van must be started. My Husband is 73 years old. This was a very major inconvenience, he fell off the back of the van trying to get out of it. When we returned the trailer he had to again unload the van to get into it. You either need to raise then bed of your auto trailers or lower the fenders.Kurt K.

I booked a car on an appointment but the company didn't stick with me on time and it was on 6/26/21 at 9:30 am at : 3000 Dunckel Rd Lansing, MI 48910 United States When I went there, the employee said to me, "Sorry, we don't have a truck available now. We apologize and we will offer you free extra miles with a discount. She moved my reservation to the next day and I stop all my plans â€¦.. Next day I went to the location : 1360 N BURKHART RD in HOWELL And I told her I have discount or any free mile She told me no Im sorry. 1st Van rented had broken windshield wiper mechanism. They kindly put me in another van, but then there were not enough pads available for rental. I accepted this, too. When I arrived at my destination, I found out the 10' box truck has NO LOADING RAMP! Made loading and unloading extremely difficult. Wish they would have informed me of this in advance.James B.

The only issue I had was that the low fuel 50 miles to E came on 5 miles after I left. Years ago you rented a truck with a full tank of fuel and returned it with a full tank of fuel. Not knowing the MPG this truck consumed I returned it with 20 extra gallons @ $2.25/gal it cost me an extra $45.00 that was not reimbursed. So what would make it better, go back to the full tank rule. It's better for the truck anyway , a full tank reduces any condensation that can cause fuel line freezing, especially in vehicles that sit for extended periods of time.STEVEN DOUGLAS R.

I thought it was odd that I did not need to sign anything when I returned the truck, I didn't receive a receipt , and no one even looked at the truck. I was told I would be emailed a receipt and I was not. I had to call, then one was sent to me right away.RENEE MARIE B.

Give the exact address for pickup location on confirmation email. When I called to order the u-haul they gave me the pickup location which was only 8 miles away from my house, my email confirmation was the same location but when I went to pick up the truck they told me it was at a different location that was 20 miles PAST that location which would mean I would have to pay an extra 40 miles round trip plus the 16 miles round trip that I need to actually go to my house for a total of 56 miles. I was able to cancel my order and get the truck at the original location 8 miles from my house but ended up putting all the additional mileage on my vehicle and wasted time figuring it all out.HEATHER LYNN S.

Everything was nice. It was easy to see where to park the truck. I never found the drop off box that the app spoke of, but I think this is a 24 hr place and the people inside took the key and we're very pleasant. I like giving keys to someone better anyway. :)Kenneth K.
