Very nice to deal with
Kenneth BInside of trailer was clean. However, the outside of trailer was caked with frozen slush and mud. Given the wintertime rental in Colorado, I guess this can be expected.
Daniel aThe location was almost 20 miles out of my way. My overage of miles was mainly because of the trip to return the uhaul. Uhaul also got a check engine light on part of our trip which made the move take longer.

GREG MReally nice people at this Uhaul location. Was supposed to move Saturday but we got 20” of snow. Ginger and her husband went out of their way to accommodate us. They came in on Sunday when they’re normally closed so that we could get our trailer and move on Sunday. I highly recommend this location.

Mike HUhaul web check-in process is so poorly designed. Even after completing the check in, I was advised a uHaul agent would have to "verify" my rental. What the heck??? I had to go, so I took the truck and left. Seems Uhaul opted to consider the truck "stolen" at that point since my check-in was never considered complete despite receiving no phone call to explain this. I rent vehicles all the time...it's unbelievable how bad the check-in experience is with Uhaul considering this is a major part of your business.

Josh SThe U-Haul corp.should have a computer system that works it would not take my photograph of my ID but it did take payment which was only supposed to be a hold and they took it out of my account and then try to tell me that I drove over 150 mi when in reality I only drove 93 mi so the U-Haul corporation needs to get it together but the business that I rented the truck from was wonderful very helpful very courteous and I would rent from them again but possibly not U-Haul

Not everyone is totally dependent on their phone for life's every detail. Some of us use the phone only to make phone calls!

WILLIAM RIn general all the local people that I dealt with were great but Uhaul Central SUCKS! I got a call less then 2 days before my move and was told the equipment I had ordered was not available anywhere in Colorado. END OF STORY, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT! After calling multiple locations I found six 26' trucks and four car haulers available in the state and was able to reserve one 40 miles from my house. Not the location that I had originally requested but close enough. So If I could find the equipment why couldn't Uhaul Central find it? I would recommend Uhaul equipment but I would tell people to stay away from Uhaul Central and just deal with the local people in person.
