I was told I would have a dolly and I didn't get one. My license had a crack in it and when I sent the picture they completely cancelled my service. While talking on the live chat to “find my truck” Kristen abruptly ended the conversation w no explanation. I had had to call the 1800 number twice and be put on hold for 20 min. I have 3 separate charges which put me in the negative.

The truck lacked power and the air conditioner was horrible. When I would start the truck the a/c would blow from the vents like it should but once you hit the accelerator the air would switch to the floor or the defrost. When it was on the defrost it would cause the windshield to fog up with condensation. The truck was clean and ready when I was there to pick it up, but the staff had to call someone to come to the store to process the pickup because they weren't trained on it.

Uhual lied to me and ripped me too many times. For now on im going thru penski or budget. Uhaul lied to my face saying im gonna get the deposit back. Thats bs. Screw you uhual.

We were charged a fuel charge when the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel that was in it when we rented it. We were charged for 20 pads when we only rented 12. Uhaul will charge you more than your contract shows. Be sure to check your receipt/rental contract thoroughly. We will NEVER rent from this location again.

There is only one man trained to approve uhaul orders. When we arrived he had went home, and we had to wait for over 30 minutes for him to return. This is frustrating when you're in a smokey gas station with no cell phone service.

We waited over 2 hours before we could leave to start our haul. The truck battery was down and they tried to charge the battery to no avail. After deciding we would just cancel and move what we could with our pick-up, the personal offered us a small truck, at a good rate, and we decided we could fit almost everything in this truck and our pick-up and my daughters van. All turned out well and I would use this service again if I have the need of it. Thank you for your service.

Have telephone operators at 1-800-GO-UHAUL that are friendly and interested in meeting the customers' needs rather than just getting credit card information. VERY impersonal and unprofessional, lousy customer service in my opinion!

We were treated very rudely when the worker informed us we would be charged $50 due to the moving quilts not being folded. We informed the worker they were not folded when we received the quilts and she said "Sucks to be you" and said she would only charge us $25. We had to wait prior to this be helped while the workers gossiped about others in the community. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

When i returned the truck it had a half tank gas in it, but they wanted me to put more because they felt the needle o the gauge should be farther up on the half take mark.

there is a extra charge on my card from this U haul center i am waiting to see how much it is for and then will let u know my true feeling. Also the strap for the right side of the trailer had been cut to hold my truck on i had to go buy a strap at walmart to put on there to hold the truck on there secure.

this has been the most ridiculous experience I have encountered with this company and my family and have moved all over the United States. The representative wasn't trained properly or just had no clue, my paper work and contract was done incorrectly to the point that my deposit was nearly overlooked and am having to wait in hopes it comes back to me.... this has caused my account to go negative and now costing more money to correct your mistakes

The Gas tank was 2 lines below 3/4 of a tank and the contract was marked at 3/4 or a tank. In a tank that big thats 25 or 30 dollars worth of gas extra that I had to put in. I didn't notice it until I got to my destination.
