Michael LI probably will avoid using uhaul in the future. It seems like a good deal until you add on the per mileage costs. I just needed to pick up a purchase at a flea market. That bargain cost me an extra $65 to transport using uhaul.

Alan WThe physical locations were good, however you app is not good. You have locations in areas where cell phone coverage is spotty at best and to fully rely on it to return equipment and to verify condition is an error. I had to bring my trailer to an unmanned storage facility to drop off and barely got the app to work.

charles MThe customer service at this location was excellent. The owner hooked up the tow dolly for me, but he even noticed whoever tighten the straps when they dropped it off wrapped at the wrong way but didn't offer to fix it. It was just me and I'm a 61-year-old woman with knee problems and there was no one to help fix that so we could get it loaded. Fortunately my daughter found someone that was able to do it. But the chains on this particular tow dolly we're not long enough and we had to use a pry bar and a mallet to forget that hook on to the trailer. We got about 2 hours down the road and realized that even though we had it strapped down as tight as we could, one of the straps worked its way off the tire. Thank goodness we noticed it in time or we would have had a very bad accident. Businesses that rent out You Haul equipment need to be trained more and keep up on their equipment before someone gets killed. From now on I will only try to go to U-Haul moving locations not these small businesses that just rent them out and not maintain the equipment. I had to change the drop off location for the same reason because the storage company did not take the dolly off the vehicle either. That was no good for me as I am not in any condition to do that kind of physical work. Fortunately there was a auto shop that rented out U-Haul trailers it was Tony's Automotive in Franklin Kentucky. He and another gentleman were able to get the car off the dolly and the dolly off the trailer otherwise we would have been stuck not knowing what to do. They were very helpful. This could have turned out to be a very disastrous transport. I will have to check more closely on where I pick up and drop off from now on in the future.
Paulette AThis was a terrible experience as I reserved this Uhaul for 7am for mobile pickup as I had people I paid arriving to my house at 8. It turns out after contacting support, the location failed to stage the equipment correctly and I had to push everything back by an hour, completely messing up my plans and costing me additional money paying movers because the location failed to do their jobs correctly even though everything was confirmed to be a mobile pickup at 7am.
