Reservation, pick-up, equipment use, and return all went smoothly. Equipment was in excellent condition - thank you! Very satisfied and will definitely recommend/use the service when the need arises in the future.

Drop off went off without a hitch. Ms Dee was incredibly helpful and responsive to my concerns about both the truck and possibly being charged for the terrible state I picked it up in. When I told her about the tire pressure, she immediately got her coworker, Manny, to get it fixed. She even tried to get me some kind of discount, and called me later to follow up. Exemplary staff and location.

Zobayer FGreat drop off location. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. It wasn’t clear if I was in the correct location, UHaul lists it as Pak Mail, but that is not the name of the location, I had to look for the building number.

STEFANIE FThis has nothing to do with this pick-up location however I was originally slated to pick-up my rental at a different location and less than 3 hours before my reservation i was notified that I had to go here, which was 13-15 miles out of my way to pick up the size truck I reserved. When I rode by the original pick-up location I was frustrated when I saw 2 of the size trucks I reserved sitting in their lot. I don't understand why the original location said there were no trucks in my size available.
