Missy was slammed with customers and still was one of the most professional and courteous service reps I've ever dealt with. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When dropping off the unit after hours the U-haul app wasn't working properly so all I could do was leave a message. AJ contacted me the first thing the next morning (Sunday) and assured me all was good. Very professional and courteous. They made certain I was comfortable and at ease the entire experience. Highly recommended facility.

Holly KlinsicI am so very disappointed at the service I received. First when I arrive to pick up the truck that I reserved and had a order number for was not available. I was told that someone with the same last name as me was given the truck. ID wasn’t check to confirm that it wasn’t myself but because of the same last name they assumed that it was me that came. Because of this I was given the van. I had a house to move so because I had a way smaller vehicle Then what I asked for we had to make multiple trips. Mileage pricing was not lowered for me because of this inconvenience. I also reserved a dolly for the move and that wasn’t available either. I was told that I was able to keep the van for the weekend but would have to pay for mileage that was being used. I return the van the very next day keeping it for one day because of the size being so small we needed it for multiple trips back-and-forth to the home that I was moving to so we wasn’t able to get done in the time frame I planned for. Once I return the van I was called 20 minutes later saying that I would be charged $100 if I didn’t come and remove a piece of wood that was the size of a broomstick and a small piece of carpeting the size of a piece of tissue. I myself did forget to put in gas but once I went to gas Station it took $10 to replace the gas back to where I receive the van on. Had I not replace the $10 and remove the small piece of wood and carpeting I was threatened to have to pay $100. I was appalled at the tone I was given being that I didn’t even receive what I reserved. It was very unprofessional to give away the truck that I reserve to a person with the same last name without checking proper ID or driver’s license. I’ve rented U-Haul trucks many times and never have I receive such unprofessionalism in this Reservation. I am not happy with the service at all.

eric phillisConvenient location truck could have been a lil cleaner inside but was okay for purpose.. the whole verification process with pickup took way to long i feel that should be done prior to pickup i was late starting to move so the guys i had helping werent happy but like i said it was convenient esp. With the location having limited Saturday hours.

Jennifer Smithtruck was there but needed key from lock box but needed combination...called 4 times with in 1hr 25 min and put on hold and waited and waited finally chat talk and got code with in 10 min. should be better way to receive code and also customer service should'nt put you on hold and forget customer but suggest chat talk...you have to select better music when your on hold for 1hr 25 min
Richard DannidaleGet the truck fixed it wouldn’t start after putting gas in it my poor 80 year old grandmother had to walk from gas station to the return location pack n ship to tell them that the truck wouldn’t start and was stuck at the gas station. And still got charged over $90. Really feel like she should have been accommodated or refunded something for the inconvenience.
