Main complaint is for U-Haul overall, there was not enough gas in the vehicle to make it to our destination and I was not given enough mileage to make it to the destination either. So I had to pay more for both.

MARK RWell i put fuel in not knowing how much fuel the yruck would use and returned it with way more that i got it with n got zeto crefit back on it not my idea of fair trans action and i turned in after 25.5 hrs and was charged for 2 full days use. Again not a fair deal.
MARK WThe guys at this location are so helpful and friendly! I have already recommended them to someone else. Cargo area of truck was a bit dirty, wish I had laid down sheets to keep the mattress from getting dirty. Truck ran well, good visibility, and was comfortable. They had all of the supplies I needed - the dolly came in handy! Person who checked us out wasn't wearing mask so we wiped down driving cabin before & after just in case they aren't disinfecting.

ULUGBEK YThe cabin floors had mud in them. The ramp also had dirt on it. Of course, end up tracking this dirt in the house. The previous renter was a slob and didn't take the time to clean his mess. However, I would think that pack and ship should have made sure the unit was clean before renting out again. Aside from that, the representative at store was very helpful and I had the truck in very little time. I had no issues with the truck itself. It ran great.

Samuel TI scheduled pick up at one location, the truck was actually booked at a different locale roughly 15mi in the opposite direction. I also paid for boxes (10) online when I reserved, super convenient! The location I needed to arrive at to get the truck did not sell uhaul boxes there, so the boxes I already purchased were not available to me and the gentleman could not make up the difference. extremely frustrating experience.

Andy HI didnt get enough mileage. I got 81 miles from pick up to drop off. It was over the mileage and I didnt make the extra stop I needed to make. I feel that for the price of truck and gas I should have been allowed more mileage to get all of my belongings out of my apartment and storage. I now have to find a way to get my belongings out of storage without the cash to rent another Uhaul.
