The location is a little off putting. The vans are stored in a hidden away spot that there's no way to describe to get the picture. When I first drove by, I thought for sure I'd gotten scammed (which isn't a feeling you should get from an established company like U-Haul).

Dany EMy reservation was updated on my way to go pick up my rental. This was extremely frustrating when trying to plan out my move. My recommendation is to not change the reservation with 12hrs of the
Elayne GLocation, truck, etc were great. U-Haul app and 24/7 pickup left a GREAT DEAL to be desired. App would not process any of the credit cards I entered, even though all were good. Took 30 mins to get a call back from Someone to assist me. Did not like.

Ariane TI ordered an appliance dolly with my vehicle and it was not with the vehicle or available through the store, making it incredibly difficult to move the furniture I had rented the uhaul for. The store also did not seem affiliated with uhaul. The man at the front desk was very kind but made it seem like uhaul was not a part of his business and he could not help with retrieving my vehicle.

Dane RThe self 24/7 check-in doesn't really apply to this location so it was rather misleading to advertise is that way. Luckily I was there about 30 min before they opened so I didn't have to wait that long. Otherwise heat service and truck was brand new :-).
Lukasz ZI chose this location over others who were closer to me because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I did an on-line check in but I couldn't reach the website so I went in and the owner took care of everything for me. I enjoyed renting from him -- he made it easy for me and the other customers who were in his shop at the same time.

Pedro CI reserved for a tone that the store was not open but that was not indicated until I arrived for pick up. Also the truck can was appallingly dirty. Lastly, it would not start when I went to leave the location where I was getting cargo - it finally did start after 20 minutes but a truck with only 4600 miles on it should not have had that problem.

JAREDMICHAEL BWhile the attendant at this location was nice, i paid for a furniture Dolly and furniture pads that were not available at the actual pick up site. The overall experience was disappointing.
Hannah MAbsolutely no room for improvement here. The owner keeps his van in model condition. It was very clean at pickup and I had no worries about the pandemic as a result. The owner is flexible and works around a customer's time frame and needs. This guy is a great brand ambassador. He's exceptionally polite and he is very quick while providing top notch service. I will be renting from him any time I need a van.

Clinton CThe truck had a flashing light for tire pressure which prevented the odometer from reading the mileage appropriately. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue. 2 photos had been submitted, 1 with the error message where the gas needle had reached it's proper place and a second picture taken earlier to show the mileage but it showed the gas needle lower than it should have been because the car had just started

deborah mThey wrote down the wrong mileage (not what I agreed to when I ok’d it through the app) have no photos from my checkout or next customers pickup. Well, they said they did until I demanded to see them then admitted they didn’t. Overcharged me by 70 mikes and $80 and I have no recourse. Never again. Never.
William CEverything was good. The only thing that was complicated was finding the location cause it’s kinda hidden. Otherwise a good experience.
Robert DClean the van, it was dusty the seats had dog hair, I had to disinfect everything due to corona virus. To take the van out of the tiny parking lot was extremely challenging.
