VINCENT BI was charged a overnight difference and was never told that. Not happy about that. I used the vehicle for a few hours and was told to just drop it off and put the key in the box.

HENRY AThe staff was extremely rude, and condescending. Refused to help check the truck in and told me to do the return on line and to ‘get out’ of their store because I couldn’t stand there while answering the questions the app. The staffer yelled at me to get out and followed me to the door. After I returned the truck on the app I had to go back in to the store to drop off the key to which the staffer got up to tell me he would not help me, to which I said I did not need help I was just returning the keys. Overall horrible experience
Jessica RI was overcharged a cleaning fee for not folding the blankets I paid to rent there was no indication that this was a mandatory process perhaps if they would have said that this was the protocol I would have before getting charged extra only because I didn’t fold them, this place feels lol le they are only tacking anything and everything they can extra to get a better commission it’s a shame that nowadays people gauge you for every penny they can pathetic…plenty of other trucks available for a whole lot cheaper ,.,, aaBeware!!!

Luis SWhat you can do is have more accurate information on trucks reserved. We were promised at two different locations after our reservation were confirmed and both said no trucks available. We wasted gas and time driving 35 mins to different locations.

He said I’m not working today and walked into the location, which is also the location where your truck pick up is. 3275 S John Young Parkway. His post office. Not very nice at all.

ROSE RThe vehicle's interior was definitely well maintained and clean in the cab. The cargo space of the van had dirt and debris still lining the matts and the exterior of the vehicle was pretty muddy as well. The rear window had recently been replaced and the masking tape from the installation was still in place as well. Overall these are minor things that can be improved to improve the experience of the customer.

JOSE LI had a reservation for 9:00. The owner arrived at 9:20 with no apology or explanation. I reserved a truck with two furniture dollies, he only had one. Again no apology, I had to go to another location to get the 2nd one. The truck was not clean, had to be swept out before I could take it. Safemove coverage was re-added to my contract without my consent. I was charged for the additional mileage to get the 2nd dollie and when I questioned both of these issues with the owner upon returning the truck he was exceptionally rude. I would never recommend this location to ANYONE! I still have not been contacted by a Uhaul representative after requesting one in the checkout process. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Extremely disappointed with the entire process and will be looking at other rental companies should I ever need one in the future!

KALENT RThe inside of the windshield was very dirty, which made driving at night into oncoming headlights both difficult and dangerous. Suggest interior glass cleaning be performed as regular maintenance. Otherwise, the whole rental experience was a good one.
Kempton HMy experience was unlike I've ever received reason being the owner of the retail location where I picked up my U-Haul truck was extremely rude standoffish short nasty and poor behavior when I try to ask a question concerning my rental and equipment I was cut off and spoke to in such a negative belittling Manor I understand this is not a corporate U-Haul location it's a authorized a dealer but a location that gives uhaul a poor representation of a worldwide corporation. I reserved my U-Haul truck online through U-Haul requesting moving equipment such as to dollies when I got to the location I have some questions regarding my reservation and be equipment right away I was cut off and was told that I whatever I requested should be on the receipt I received from the website I also had questions regarding the time of operation for drop off I was immediately cut off and was told if they are closed they are closed drop the keys in the drop box again my next question was where the Dropbox was located I was cut off once again and told my U-Haul truck was in the back and that adjustments would be made being only one dolly was available, I was told my truck was parked in back with everything in it and ready when I got to my destination to load the truck inside there was no dolly I tried calling to inform them that there was no Dolly inside of the truck I left several voice messages and did not receive any phone calls regarding my issue, any events I had to find a location to where I can rent moving equipment on such short notice which delayed my moving time by 2 and 1/2 hours with added on unplanned expenses that was double the amount then renting two dollies from U-Haul with my reservation by the time I received any email back from pakmail of Kissimmee regarding the dollies was the following morning. I tried reaching out to contact them to let them know that I was running late due to traffic for the drop off of the U-Haul truck which was originally for 10:30am I arrived at the location at 11:00 a.m I entered the location with some family members that wanted to inquire about mailing immediately when I walked in I was yelled at to just leave the keys. My sister and I who renter the truck wanted to ask about the adjustments of the dollies and the amount for the millage being we were under the amount paid for and the process of reimbursement and he began yelling at us that he texted us this morning which neither of us received also had questions regarding the U-Haul check in online being in the past when I have used U-Haul I was told that that was unnecessary to use when dropping off the vehicle and I had issues where I was charged and the U-Haul truck was coming up as missing being that I did not check in online once again he proceeded yelling making rude coments and statements not only to myself but family members that were present with me in front of customers. He told us never to come back he yelled in my sisters face when she was trying to explain we had questions regarding the check in and reimbursements. And told us to get out we told him we were going to follow up with uhaul and do a review and he began yelling some more as we exited the location thus

Mostafa AAll was well, truck was accessible, return was quick. I would suggest you add clearer instructions on where to store the keys during truck return in the mobile app. I left them in the truck cargo comp and then installed the lock.

RAFAEL PWhile at this location the personnel were very friendly, the location is almost impossible to find. There are no signs of uhaul and because it's on a strip mall, it's not easy to see its location without some trucks parked in front of the store. This location is in No Way visible from the main street.

NELSIE IFrom the moment I walked in the person at the desk treated me poorly he looked at me with disgust, he did not go over any policies he changed my reservation for an earlier time to accommodate for a regular customer, he had sarcastic remarks whenever I asked him questions and made me feel very uncomfortable. There was other customers there I was actually embarrassed the customer service there was horrible I rent from moving truck companies all the time I have my own moving service and I usually rent with budget, I just moved down here from Boston so this was my first time with this location and this was my first time with UHAUL and will be my last, this location should not be allowed to represent UHAUL if they have poor customer service, it’s going to just bring the company down. I believe the fact that I’m noticeably gay was the issue it was just very obvious how he treated me compared to others. I reserved the truck for 5 hours got 4 and got charged a late fee. The location is PACKMAIL KISSIMMEE FLORIDA 34746. I will be following up with a discrimination case with this location, not with UHAUL but this location. I had other reservations coming up with that location but I cancelled it I’ll try looking into another UHAUL near by maybe . I just wanted you guys to know who’s really representing this company.

Semiasis RNever deliver a truck almost empty and giving a credit for gas. Never deliver a truck and a dolly and sending a customer to pickup the rest of other supplies at other location 10 miles away. Simply ridiculous situation.
