Service engine light was on. Made mention of it when picking up but no one got back to me. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would use u-haul again.

The equipment was fine and the people at the location were helpful when I needed their assistance. However, even though there is a mask mandate in the state, none of them were wearing masks when then interacted with me. There was even a sign on the door that mentioned the mask mandate, but they were not wearing masks. For this reason, until the pandemic is over, I would recommend to friends that they rent their uhauls from a different location.

the phone method of pickup caused my phone to shut down when i was asked to scan a barcode. Phone checkin was impossible as a result. fortunately the office was open, though it took more than a half hour to check the truck out.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and new the vehicle was - removed a worry abut moving stuff across states. Staff was helpful in getting the rental set up, and the price beat everyone else. Will keep in mind for the next move.

Both the younger Steve and the older Steve manager were extremely helpful and courteous! They were very nice and friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable since this was my first U-haul experience. The local representatives were friendly and informative. The process was very easy and the cost was very reasonable as we rented on a weekday. One suggestion would be if someone doesn't need a free month of storage, have an alternative such as free boxes or free rental blankets. We had previously rented a storage unit elsewhere so that offer wasn't a benefit to us.

Wish we weren't charged for 3 full days when we only had the trailer for a couple extra hours on a Sunday. Other locations didn't charge if it wasn't exactly 48hrs, especially on a day when they were closed

At drop off I was over charged $158 fir tire damage that I was told was covered by the insurance policy I purchased. Am in process of contesting the charge Manager mark was to have returned my call 3 days ago. Still waiting

Everything about Pak Mail was great. EXCEPT, our overall experience with UHAUL was not. We had been scheduled for pick-up in another location much closer to our home. We even got the verification calls/emails. My husband went to pick it up and NO ONE was there. No one answered phone calls. Even the 1800 number couldn't get ahold of the location. He wasted an hour waiting for them. Ultimately they got us a rental at the Pak mail (30 minutes further from my home). When I called the verify that they would be there, the man on the phone was full of compassion and reassured me we'd have the trailer we needed. Pak Mail, again, was great. But the original UHaul location was frustrating and disappointing and wasted over 2 hours of our time.

I reserved my van for 11:00. I only had a few hours to move my daughter into her dorm room, as the university limited the time my husband and I could be on campus due to COVID. When I arrived just before eleven, my van had not been returned by someone who was using it from 9 - 11. I don't feel the booking should have been so close. By the time the first user got there and checked out, I was running a half-hour late. Also, while there was a sign on the door saying that masks were required, the young man behind the counter did not wear one. Neither did the first person using the van. The little space where I stood was quite small, and 6 feet distancing was not possible. And finally, when I dropped the van off, no one was there. I locked the van, then dropped off the key in the dropbox. There was a sign on it that reminded me to look in my email for the mobile check-in. I did, and discovered that I was to check the odometer. But now the van was locked and I couldn't do it. There needs to be better directions as to what is to be done. There is another charge pending on my bank account and I don't know what it's for. The van was filled with gas when I dropped it off. So overall, I am very disappointed. I won't use this location again.

Customer service at this location was very poor as well as communication. I signed up to pick the truck up on Saturday at 12 and have it for 24 hours until Sunday the next day at 12 PM. The day before I got a notification that I should've been picking up the truck in that day, which I know I clearly didn't do because I didn't have any help to move anything that day. Although I had the truck for as long as I needed it, I was supposed to return it on Sunday at 12 but instead I had to return it at 9 PM on Saturday. So instead of having it for 24 hours I only had it for nine hours. The communication was poor everything was disorganized and I will never go with U-Haul again When it comes to moving concerns.

The place I picked up was very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend or ever use the online check in ever again. I uploaded all my information before hand, but when I showed up it made me do it again. Then the online agent wouldn't accept the check in. After waiting a half hour to not get confirmed because the agent was not very helpful , I went inside and the establishment helped me get on my way very quickly.

If no equipment available in nearby location leading into the date of pickup, please provide the customer more than a day's notice to find an alternative arrangement. I received a call the day before noting that the nearest pickup point would be 65 miles from the original scheduled location which is no where near convenient. Eventually this location had one but it wasn't until the 11th hour providing a stressful experience.

I did not like that the moving pads and dolly were zip tied in the truck. They got in the way multiple times and I found myself tripping around the dolly or hitting my head on the pads. While I didnt get hurt, it was very annoying to happen while carrying furniture. I almost took them off just to make the move easier, not to actually use them. I did not request them and was disappointed they were there. It seems like this is common practice though with how they were secured.

I dealt with two people at this facility; one on Tuesday afternoon and one late on Wednesday. Both were great; very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish my moving company was more like this organization.

Truck was dirty, brakes made lots of noise and didn't work that great. Only the floor vents worked with made for the van to be very hot even with windows rolled down.

The website was not working for my drop off. I tried several times to no avail. I sent my friend who was with me the link and it also didnt work on his phone after trying several times. I will now be charged 20 dollars for an employee to walk outside and see that the truck is there, over a poorly designed website. It almost seems as if the website is designed to discourage you from completing the process so uhaul can collect 20 dollars.

Went on a Sunday dues to the online hours saying they were open but when I got there a paper sign read sunday drop offs by appointment only. When I called to set something up I never got a call back. Went the next day and waited while the employees put in their lunch orders and then was told I could unload the trailer "wherever" and that they would check it in later. It was a shock that the pick up location helped connect the trailer and ensured paperwork was complete but I was kind of brushed off here.

I attempted to use the 24/7 online truck rental. When I got to site to pick up the number of steps and wait for someone to call me back to verify phone numbers was ridiculous. I entered all the info about driver when I booked it. And the system has me enter it again and take a photo of driver. Then the person that called me after 7 minutes hung up on me and did not call back right away. While I was struggling through this process in the cold the dealer happened to be there and finished up the process for me in the store. I did not have a good experience with the online process. The dealer was great!!!
