bradley HT&T sales and U-Haul Rentals is the best U-Haul place I have ever dealt with. I have rented from U-Haul facilities more times than I can count throughout the 48 continental United States and I can honestly say this place is awesome 👌.
Jon EI rented a Van from Thomas at P and T sales in Mason City Iowa. I was told if I needed to extend my time all I had to do was call up. I was never informed That the vehicle needs to be returned to the same location. My plans had changed and u.Haul was closed at 11 o'clock pm so I was not able to call but we ended up having to drive the vehicle to a different U haul location to drop it off. We dropped it off at a Timely manner.We filled it with half a tank like we were told to do. We left the vehicle clean. Rebecca from the davenport office got on the phone with thomas to report that we were trying to drop the van off at her location. I got on the phone with Thomas he was yelling and screaming at me Belliterally accusing me of knowing that it wasn't supposed to be dropped off at a different location. I told him we did not know that we were never made aware of it.He insisted continuously accusing us that we knew dam well we weren't supposed to drop it off at another location. He also lied and said that we weren't supposed to rent it for another day if we wanted to completely changing his story. He has the worst customer service skills ever. If he didn't. Want someone dropping it off at another location He should make that clear in his policy.He should also make it clear to the customers.People cannot read this man's mind like he assumes they can. I was treated so bad by U-haul as if we were criminals for dropping it off at another location that we were never made aware of. We dropped it off at another u.Haul location, but that wasn't good enough for them.Then they charged us 3 times the amount.I ended up paying five hundred and sixty seven dollars for 1 day use. None of them were polite. I paid the balance in full but I will never work with u haul again..They got their vehicle and money, but they still weren't happy about that.They wanted to make sure they told you what they thought of you and what you were thinking. Thomas was trying to scold me like a school Child. continuously yelling over me.The man is completely unreasonable and abusive. Thank you. U-haul for the rotten experience.I learned my lesson like many other people have.This is probably the reason why many people especially businesses refuse to work with u haul .

Wendy JMake sure you live up to you end of the reservation instead of not having the truck the customer reserved then giving them a truck half the size and still charging them twice the miles they had to use because supposedly “that’s the only truck you had”. I will never rent from you guys again and now neither will my followers! Thanks for nothing

Kenyon AI asked for a 2 wheel cart when ordering and was given sort of wood square with 4 wheels and no handle. Not what I’ve reveiced every other time I’ve rented a moving truck and the picture on the wall inside the truck even shows the type I asked for. So I did not have the cart I needed to move large objects tiday

Tom FThe equipment I rented was not road ready, I was unable to use the equipment because of a problem with the vehicle, I was still required to pay the daily rental fees. I had filled it with fuel and was not reimbursed for the fuel. Very frustrated with the whole experience. Expectations when I rent a vehicle, it has been certified to be road worthy and there is no way they verified that on this vehicle before they rented it to me. I WAS STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!

Joe MWhen I picked up the truck I was told it had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Before driving off the lot I checked the gas gauge and it was below 1/8 of a tank. I was warned that I had to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Went inside got the employee to look at it. He came out and quickly made some initial marks on the paperwork that it was at 1/8 tank or less. They made it right by me, but what a headache!

De SI hated the on-line check in. I could not get the app to work which was very frustrating. It delayed our moving time. I am quite new to a mobile phone but still think the process should have been easier than what I experienced. The personnel in the office were friendly and accommodating.
Mike SThe drop off location was great. The employee met me at the truck as soon as i pulled into the lot. They request the keys and told me i should be expecting an emailed receipt soon. I did. I informed the employee that when i picked the truck up, it did not have the additional equipment i requested.
