Where do I contest the mileage, gas, cleaning, and any other made up fees I was charged for? I drove a total of 10 miles and somehow am being charged for over 200? This is ridiculous. I was told the tank would be full when I got it, but it was not, so I filled back up to 3/4 where I found it. Nice work out there running an honest business.

Very disorganized. Made a reservation over a month ago but five days prior to picking up went in to verify and was informed at that time they weren’t open the day we reserved it for or two days prior to that as well. Then they didn’t have the equipment we needed nor did anyone in the three cities comprising our community. Literally a nightmare dealing with their schedule and lack of equipment.

They were open and I was the only one there. I pulled in and backed up next to other trailers. After waiting 10 mins, I disconnected and set trailer (with their Tri-pod and tongue Jack) by myself. Then went in to check in, the and person greeted me by saying “we got it, we will get it checked in on Monday”. The poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. That just sat there and watched me do their job.

The car dolly had a flat ( I didnt realize it was flat until our first stop after a couple hours)....I wasnt impressed with the customer service, and when returning it, the guy there was closing the gate and wouldn't let me drop it off so I had to self drop it off outside their premises, again, not the best customer service.

Driving the truck was a little scary. The transmission sounded real bad. I was afraid it wasn't going to make it the little distance I need it to go.

The equipment was clean but not well maintained. The windshield wipers desperately needed to be replaced. The seatbelt was difficult to operate, frequently locking up when I tried to extend the strap. Shifting gears was difficult. I don't know if this was due to the design of the transmission or indicative of needed maintenance. The lack of air conditioning made the first half of my drive to Seattle quite uncomfortable.
