There was no one there at the scheduled time for pick-up, ended up having to do it over the phone. Our contract included an appliance dolly and moving blankets..weren't able to get them due to no one being there. Back wasn't swept out, cobwebs. Disappointed I received a $10 "clean up" charge. We hauled boxes of women's shoes in the truck. The condition of the back was exactly as we received it. Overall everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and I will not dispute the charge I just don't know what it was for.Adam B.

I spoke with the staff at this location 1.5 weeks before my reservation. He said they open at 9 am and to pick up the truck then. He never mentioned the ONLY way to pick up the truck was thru the app. Took over an hour to actually get the truck. It was a terrible experience. The front of the truck was not even wiped clean of dirt from the prior users. This location is definitely not an option I will use again. .Don I.

Overall, good experience. The main office in Manchester answered all my questions over the phone. They were very helpful in the renting and drop off procedures. This is the first time we reserved, picked up, and dropped off a uhaul truck completely online. The uhaul application was easy to navigate. The only suggestion would be to have a longer reservation choice beyond two days.Lynn D.
After having my location changed a few days before I went to the new spot and couldn't check in online because the location had never been changed there. I called U-Haul for help and was hung up on with no answer. I called back and the woman wouldn't let me speak or ask any questions. Gave me a number for someone else so fast and cut me off while I was trying to ask her if she would help me. When I asked her to stop cutting me off she hung up on me. I drove to the original location and no U-Haul was there. I called a number listed there and a nice woman helped me. The U-Haul was no where to be found, luckily someone was returning a rental to that location and I was able to get this. My rental should have started at 8am and didn't start til 9:30, I had to drive over and hour out of my way from one location to another. I will never use U-Haul again or recommend it. I have never been hung up on before and found it the most unprofessional and unhelpful thing of all.Jacob D.

Inexcusable!) - Customer service lacking - Compensate customers for long waits and inconvenience (e.g., waive protection coverage, reimburse for gas, reimburse rental fee) NOTE: This was our first time renting a U-Haul â€” not a good first impression at all. Dropped the truck off a day early. Went in to complete the return and the staff member said he was to busy to do it as he was in the middle of something. Was very rude. Told me to just leave the key and he would email my receipt. He never did called your customer service department and told them what had happened. They said they would make sure it had been checked back in and would send my receipt. I didn't receive my receipt till the next day and it had the incorrect return date on it. I don't have a problem with the dealer/pickup locations or the equipment I have used. I do have a issue with returning U-haul rental items after your locations are closed. This summer I was asked by one of your dealers to copy my drivers license to be sent in to allow me to rent a truck, several weeks later. I was contact by another source which had a copy of said drivers license, your site wasn't very secure, I hope it is now. This time I was asked to notify U-haul via their current app that the rental was returned, what a nightmare that was. Folks you have to streamline your check in app,when the return location is closed, it is not user friendly. To be honest with you, my next truck or trailer rental will be with another company if at all possible and your local dealer is just down the street from where I live. Please learn that customer service ends only after the rented item is easily returned. Only then can a customer determine if they have had a good experience. Wish I could give U-Haul a better review, at this point I can not!Raymond N.

Less pictures when returning truck. I get the gas and mileage. Why don't you have same procedure picking up truck. I already gave all the same info online. Also I could have submitted picture of my license at home. Make it required not optional. I had reserved a truck as well as the two other people ahead of me. It took almost an hour before I got the truck. No fault of owner of P an S. I've gone there many times and he's always done awesome. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Truck ran great. Closed at 12:00 PM on Saturday, so did not drop off until Sunday morning at 8:50 AM. Put key in the drop box and trusted nothing happened to the truck until they came to inspect it. Took phone pics to verify the mileage, fuel level and condition.Jens B.

Truck was clean, but not for a person with OCD, coffee sticky Mark's on dash an doors, but I drank no coffee. I cleaned it all up no problem. I had heard that uhaul does like to hard part time help to shift the trucks around, an would like to find out more about that. I'll will inquire about it beyond this review all in all not a bad exp. I have to recommend this location to friends as its the only one where we live. I had reserved a large truck and a few days before the move they tell me they don't have one but that they can give me a smaller truck at a reduced rate. When I got to the store they didn't have the reduced rate on the invoice and were not able to give it to me without an offsite supervisors approval. Because he was away that wouldn't be able to happen until I returned the truck. After having to take 6 loads (instead of 1 with a larger truck) I was charged for an extra day as well as a few extra miles when I did the drop-off. If this was my business I would have kept thorough notes and taken the initiative to get the customer the discount as promised. So far no communication from them on that mess up.Nicholas D.

The guy was really rude not customer friendly at all. I got there and he rudely told me I needed another hitch, so I went to the store down the road to pick up a new hitch. Than i got back we hitched up the trailer and the right blinker was not working. He than in hitched the trailer and told me to go down to the chevy place and ask them to diagnosis the problem. I am aware I am female however I can figure it out. Do if he waited 5 min I would of changed the fuse and I could of left with the trailer. instead this guy wasted well over an hr of my time and treated me like crap. It is wonderful to pay over 100.00 to get treated like an idiot.kim A.
