Kind and patient! We were constantly running behind and he took care of everything! Even when I forgot to call in the middle of my move to ask for another day! The best experience I’ve ever had with a uhaul! Drop off was so easy, everything is labeled and easy to find.

Actually I dropped off and did not see anyone. The drop off was closed but everything was good and self explanatory so all went good.

This was the best Uhaul experience I have ever had. The owners of Paradise Motors and the Shamrock gas station next door are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend paradise motors for Uhaul needs in the Tri-City / Newcastle area of Oklahoma, and don’t forget to fill back up the tank at the Shamrock next door. Thank You so much for everything <3

Make sure you give the total with tax on the reservation page I was hit with an extra $30 when I turned it in. Not good

The inside of the truck was very clean and taken care of, but the truck ran like crap and the motor was very loud. Whenever you would go to stop the truck jerked a lot through a lot of my stuff in the back around broke my daughter's vanity dresser.

The guy didn't have answers to any of my questions when I called so I drove up there to talk in person and was still no help. I went ahead a reserved to pick up at 4:45 pm and when I got there he already closed his shop down and I called his phone and he answered and said he will be back in a bit that he was stuck in traffic. He finally showed up and gave me the wrong key to the uhaul and was about tobsend me out in the wrong uhaul.. finally got the right key and uhaul and the front cab was stuffed with wadded up blankets and there was no dolly to use

The truck was on empty the check engine light was on and you guys charged me for the insurance that I told you I didn’t want then tried charging me for miles that I didn’t use and should of been added up when you asked me where the truck was going for it’s final destination will never be using this company again sucks because we’ve always trusted U-Haul guess not anymore

The new little 5 / 8 trailer with The rear door that actually turns into the ramp was perfect for my needs.

Had trouble checking the truck back in. App would not go through. Called and took care of it through customer service due to after hours. Next day got charged $40 for not checjing in on time, which we did. Did get refund after calling you. It was just a hassle. This location is kinda dumpy looking and if it hadn't had another uhaul truck parked in front, you would never know it was a uhaul location. The back of the building looked like it had a bunch of old trailers sitting in tall grass. This location was too far from me also.
