Dane CDrop off was quick, the person was friendly and inspected the truck while we were there. He was going to get the tire fixed. It was a good experience over all. We had a one way truck rental.
Elizabeth MI was not happy to see an additional insurance charge I did not agree to.
William BI reserved a tow dolly for a 10:30 pick up. The dolly was not there when I got there and was not there until almost 2 pm. I had a 2.5 hr drive to get to my location and i had an appointment at 4. I was late for it. Was not very happy with the experience. I know it was not the fault of the pickup location. If I did not return it on time i was charged extra, but was not refunded anything because someone else was late. It messed up my whole day.

CARLOS BVery friendly and very helpful. Appreciated Paris checking the hitch in advance etc.! The equipment was great. The only problem was that clearance inside the unit wasn't quite as high as was expected. Otherwise, everything was great.

Kyla BHaving a checklist for when you return a Uhaul truck after hours and when using the mobile app, that it needs to be done at the Uhaul location. Also, the checklist would show everything you would have to do in order to return the truck after hours. Other than that, everything was GREAT!!! THANK YOU!!!

Robert WOur UHAUL was over booked and canceled on us in Rapid City, SD 2 days prior to our PCS date for the military. The Rapid City UHAUL then had my husband drive 2 hours to this Nebraska location where they were over booked. We were not notified until we were there in person and after we had confirmed with 2 people the night before. Once told they had overbooked it, the man at the NE UHAUL stated he has someone picking up a UHAUL and car dolly for Monday and he wouldn't give us our UHAUL and car dolly until he found a replacement for the Monday reservation. From what we were told, your reservation is NOT confirmed until 2 days prior. How come it was okay for our reservation to get canceled 2 days prior but not the person whose reservation was for Monday o Saturday AFTER it was their own mistake?

Jonn MI reserved a truck for a location 6 weeks in advance and the day before I was scheduled to pick it up I was told that there wasn't a truck at that place and I have to drive 3 hours to get a truck. That was way bigger than what I needed or wanted. Then I get to the place and I can't even get the keys because the seller was supposed to have them in a lock box but didn't, so I had to call someone else and get them to drive into their office. Then that guy tried to recharge me 500$ till we call U-Haul again after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. Then I finally get the keys and I still have to drive home. It was just an all around terrible experience
Colin WThe whole experience went well. The only small problem was that the cupholder in the truck was broken, which we didn't discover until we were already out on the highway. Otherwise, the process was seamless and easy.
Bruce MAll aspects of renting the car trailer were seamless. The only small problem was that the rear tail light on the trailer was not working properly, which we didn't know until we were out on the highway. Other than that, there were no problems at all.
