Didn’t need van for very long but made it a long trip due to a horrid smell of pet odor, matted dog hair and food all over vehicle. Very unclean and disturbing smell. Had to drive with windows down in freezing morning weather to breathe.
Takara LI had an issue with the app, probably my fault and a gentleman, probably the owner of this site called me and fixed everything for me. He was very helpful!

Alfred JReally tough location to find. No signage and Google maps takes you to Berlin. Had to figure out where in massive Big Rig parking lot the Uhual space was. Mobile check in and out was a PIA with all the photos. Will just go to an in person location in the future

Teresa SThe mobile rental pick up procedure was very slow and difficult. I had to resubmit pictures of my driver's license even though I had submitted them earlier that day using a check in link I received via email. Navigating through the mobile pick up process was going very slow with each step taking several minutes. Fortunately, a U-Haul worker was at the site even though it was off hours. He took over the process to get me checked in and made picking up the rental very quick and easy, much easier than it would have been if I was required to use the mobile process. He was also there when I dropped off the rental and made the return process very quick and easy, as well.
BRETT HIt was odd I did remote check in but then couldn’t find the keys so calledn Uhaul and was told this location didn’t offer remote and I had to go inside

Joseph MWhen you return the Uhaul vehicle after hours, You will be attacked by there security Ro-Bo Cop for sitting on there probably in your personal vehicle, while waiting for the return of the vehicle by a family member. And they still charge you for their horrible Service. It was a extremely frighten, and terrifying experience.
Robin TFirst, there is absolutely no signage to advertise Park Nation, LLC or U-Haul rentals. Finding the tiny little key drop box was a challenge as it was stuck to the back of a trailer, again no signs to be had! It was very close to my house, so now that I know it's there, I MIGHT consider using it again, but honestly, this experience was so bad, I would likely try another rental company before I would use U-Haul again.
Andrew MThe cabin of the truck smelled like the last person who rented wore a diaper n pissed n shit in it, it really smelled nasty. An air freshener would be a good idea, or have the cab cleaned after it’s rented before the next person uses it. There was 3 little additional charges that totaled around $10 n change that I think is a bunch of crap, ya need to include that into the price n not add it in at the end, it’s just a way to get a few more dollars off of ppl. The $1.79/ mile is a little expensive I think, there should be a certain amount of free miles when ya rent the truck.

Excellent customer service, but again, this location was hard to identify as a Usual rental Center. There were so many other nonUhaul trailers & trucks that one barely see or identify it as a Uhaul Service area. A clear & legible Uhaul sign will be very helpful to your customers. Overall great experience though!
JEREMY GSelf checkout experience was not optimal. There were too many steps and they required way too much effort. Also, after returning the vehicle, the website indicated that I would receive an email with my receipt. However, no email came.

Tamara QThe van that I got was filthy In the entire inside there was also a flat spare tire left in the back of the van instead of secured properly and my paper work said I had a 1/4 tank and when I got in the van it was closer to E so I had to put in more gas then I used so I didnt get charged for it im very disappointed that I had to deal with this kind of service
