Returned after hours. Spoke to the operator and he was very helpful and accommodating.
Don't try to sneak a dolly charge thru and not cover it correctly. W as given tendollers back cash which was good but dolly was still showing on billing. It all worked outon this end, but not good operation

people who rent these should know how to do the paperwork so that it doesn't take 30 minutes to get checked out. this the second time I've rented from parker oil/ u haul & it's been pretty much a disappointment both times. next time I move I won't use them.

They accidently put my return time after the 24 hour mark which doubled my cost. We figured this out by calling the service line and got it fixed.
The U-Haul was muddy from a previous customer.
Truck was dirty and stunk. Cab was full of cigarette ashes. Cab and front seat was full of dog hair. Bed was not clean. I had to clean cab and sanitized before I would put my wife and son in to travel. Stopped for fuel and found oil cap gone and blowing oil all over engine. Had to fix oil cap and fill with oil.
Less than 5 minutes to get checked in and drop off the trailer.
Had a little miscommunication on where the key was but other than that great job!
Real strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Had to buy air fresheners to make it doable.
I made reservations days in advance I called 1/2 hour before I arrived to tell them I would be there. When I arrivedthe attendant was asking all kinds of questions about what I already submitted online then finally after we went outside to get the transporter it was setting frozen to the ground with about 4" of snow covering the ramps, the straps were under the snow encased in ice and stuck to the rails. I would have thought when you know some on is coming to get a item some one could have went outside to check it out and make sure it is ready. It took almost a hour for me to clear the premises.It had not snowed there in 3 days
The location should not be penalized for using the inside computer to check in. The customer may not want to go outside to check in the equipment.

Walk the truck with the current customer, check the gas gauges prior to rental as to not cause the next customer issues. Check the oil light before sending the equipment out.
